Very bad company for customer service I am currently going through the claims court to get my money back and they don t seem to care Treat their customers with utter contempt the product itself is rubbish and will not work correctly people with built in Apple play will soon find out the problems my strong advice is to shop elsewhere for a more reliable product or expect nothing but problems

Hated this item BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN BUYING FROM THESE GUYS Box arrived soon as I opened it it has a cheap feel about it very much like a 20 tv box from China available anywhere on the Internet the software was out dated so Digi Dash sent me a link via email which failed to install and crashed when it came to me returning the box 3 days later they stated we only refund if the item is unused as per our terms and conditions WHAT A JOKE so I had to go through PayPal to get a refund and I had to pay for the return postage THIS WAS A COMPLETE HEADACHE FROM THE MOMENT I OPENED THE BOX AFTER IT ARRIVED If I could have given this zero stars I would have

Ordered an item that showed as in stock no updates from digidash Constantly sent emails for updates No product arrived thankfully i paid via paypal who refunded my money Stay away not sure what kind of a business they are operating

If you are planning to buy this box for using apple carplay android auto wirelessly DONT Everytime you get in the vehicle you get the same message Failed to open wifi hotspot please enable it manually you then have to manually turn it on about 5 6 times before it will stay on and allow the phone to be connected Customer support seemed a waste of time as the only answer response I get is This is because hotspots can be very temperamental and do not always automatically connect This is the only reason I bought this device and was a complete was of money Until this is fixed I will not be using the box

Terrible company lies about easy set up lies about getting things fixed the box will stop working after a short while it takes forever to set it up and uses data like no tomorrow the apple play system is floored and rubbish people call you and you can t hear them This is a true honest review choose a different system from a company who knows decent customer service

This company are liars the system is so easy to set up and every time you go to use it it will say can t connect to hotspot open manually The box is cheap and tacky and keeps dropping the signal it eats data so so quick you can t use a SIM card because that bit does not work bWhen you get in touch with the company to get a refund your fobbed of with a load of rubbish Look on line there are much better units out there at a fraction of the cost Trust me your thank me in avoiding this tin pot company

Got digidash 3 0 today tried it out set it up wire was short managed to place it elsewhere in car I thought great seems good then the GPS was lagging apps crashing split screen not working tried to get in touch to tell them they acknowledged me at first asked why I wanted to return never told me how and then heard nothing else Tried factory reset but needed a code that isn t in the manual seems like an expensive buggy piece of plastic that I would like to return and get a refund

Mine stopped working after owning for just over a year Being outside my warranty period meant no exchange was possible There is also no product support what so ever after a year so if yours packs up like mine did then you have a 280 door stop on your hands Not sure why mine stopped working just keeps powering on and off constantly for some reason

AVOID THIS COMPANY At all costs This is the second review I m putting up as guess what digi dash flagged my review stating it wasn t a genuine review BELIEVE ME it was a genuine review Order no 8198This product was posted out without being updated now the trouble I had in trying to get any type of customer services to request a replacement or return was non existent Eventually when Jordan decided to reply with any kind of customer services it was as good as a concrete parachute He expected me to update his own software despite not having a pc or laptop Not to mention absolutely rude and abrupt After numerous emails back and forth trying to just return this product he caved and let me actually return it for a refund however was so rude They would not refund the postage despite sending out a device that wasn t updated and working properly All I got was an excuse of we can t update every app Why sell such a rubbish device that can t be over the air updated Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company waste of time and certainly a waste of money I ll persist in this review until it stays as it s genuine and the truth

I bought this to replace a flawless Carlinkit 3 0 I liked the idea of being able to watch Netflix TV channels Youtube etc I have had this unit around 6 months now and it is very hitty missy It normally takes a good few minutes for it sort itself out from starting the car Once it has sometimes it s fine and works great other times whilst the radio is playing and I decide to listen to some of the tracks on my phone I ll click on the Play icon and the counter at the bottom of the screen will start to move indicating that the song is playing but the radio continues to come out of the speakers I either have to do a soft reset on my MMI unit or unplug the Digidash and plug it back in I thought OK maybe a software update will solve it You try finding an update There is nothing on the website at all for support in this area All the handbook tells you is to Download a copy of the latest Digidash software Ok then WHERE FROM For a snip under 300 this isn t good enough If I can t get this thing to work properly I ll be going back to a Carlinkit and hassle free cordless Carplay
