13 2 23 This company truly has one of best technical and help departments ever my problem was caused by myself i might add but i called the guys and within 5 mins they had sorted it honestly they are brilliant cant not rate them enough

The ease of getting the right Hard drive replacement

Had a chat with their pre-sales people first of all so we could figure out which unit would be the best fit for me Ordered and it arrived well packed the next day Got it basically working but I was having problems with some of the POE IP cameras which were from the previous installation Spoke to their technical support people who sorted it out for me it s easy once you know how Had one other question a few days later and again their helpful tech support people pointed me in the right direction All in all a brilliant service

Technical help

I have used DDS now three times now and have always find them extremely efficient in sales and the quality and price is always great I first used DDS following a recommendation from a pal of mine However the main reason I have been a repeat customer is the OUTSTANDING after sales Matt helped me on first two installs and on my most recent purchase I had some issues when setting up and Edward was very supportive and patient and after a live session he got my system working as it should and also got the app working so I can see my system anywhere in the world and even saved the link in my bookmarks for me Top company Highly recommended

Fantastic team at DDS and the people I

I had an issue with an item I had purchased some years ago I called the technical team and they made suggestions in order of cost and I now have a fully functioning system great company to buy from
