DDS technical was very helpful in advising the replacement DVR delivery was prompt and as there were no installation instructions hence loss of one star DDR technical were very helpful with the installation over the phone and then with the Chinese software onto the computer

I needed to replace my ageing domestic Swann CCTV system and consider myself very lucky to have discovered DDS From my very first telephone enquiry to my subsequent visit to see Nicola and her most welcome advice to the most excellent instant access support team I couldn t possibly recommend DDS more highly I didn t realise that I had access to industry standard CCTV equipment and support at very comparable prices to the domestic CCTV market
