It s a progressive payment service pay as you advance

There was a moment in the process where I thought I was being scammed And even though it s not technically a scam since the process DID work it may be important to note that neither the first or second payments will work It s until the third one approx 200USD that you will effectively get the unlock and they call it the Premium Service It appears that by paying progressively this is the way they hook you into buying their service no money back at first until you reach the last payment which is 100 guarantee or money back or at least part of it I didn t like that they weren t up-front about the prices I ended up paying 300 USD But I will say that it DOES work It may take a while but it does work

Unlocking my IPhone

Really easy to use this service and it only took a few minutes to fill in the information and phone was unlocked in 10 minutes The only problem I has was the original price Was 11 99 then wen I was half way through they then asked for anther 22 pounds to finish the unlocking That was a little bit naughty

The unlocking process took a lot longer

The unlocking process took a lot longer than most companies that I ve dealt with and also it almost costed up to 100 Don t get me wrong it worked but the timing and the price was a little much But the mission was overall accomplished

Successful but asks for more money after initial checks to complete unlocking

Website asked for a payment in my case 10 VAT to unlock phone Then after some checks it asked for a further 20 VAT to complete the service which wasn t mentioned until this point after the initial fee was paid I found this dishonest as there was no mention of a second payment My phone was was successfully unlocked

Unlocked worked fine pricing is deceptive

Unlocked worked fine just as advertised and quickly but pricing is deceptive It looks like it will cost 25 euros but you pay that and then it turns out to cost another 25 euros 50 total But you don t find that out until you ve paid the first 25 I found that extremely irritating on top of being much more expensive than I thought

Lucky dip

Tried to unlock an iPhone 11 and was asked for 240 euros premium service after paying 71 euros which is actually a lot higher than phone s value Of course that no refund was possible however I used the 71 euros credit to unlock another iPhone SE which worked in minutes So I guess it s a hit and miss depending on your luck

First and foremost my phone is unlocked I did not like having to pay multiple charges times Just be upfront and clearly show the amount and be done with it The unlock was not nearly as fast as expected taking 3-4 days to complete Being stuck in a foreign 3rd world country without a way to communicate locally was not pleasant

While the disclosure was made concerning the 70 00 charge after the initial payment it was fine print and not easily discernable

Expensive thought i was paying 11 99 to unlock but thats just for the checks in the small writing it then states 26 quid MORE to unlock

Goal achieved but a suprise payment required

Direct Unlocks did manage to unlock my ipad but it cost more than I thought it would I was suprised to see I had to pay another charge to see if my ipad could be unlocked I would have thought this would have been all inclusive as surely you d need to check before unlocking an item Anyway they achieved what I asked for I would have given 5 had it not been for the extra charge
