Very pathetic services from DishTV
I had two connections Parent and Child for last 10-12 years In jan 2022 I wanted to disconnect one connection so the problem started Normal Call center officers are not allowed to take disconnect request You need to talk to senior officer Infact they discourage you to do so I spoke to around 5-6 different senior officers to disconnect one connection and transfer its amount to another but no one was knowing the procedure to transfer the amount All suggest different methods but noting was moving in right direction Finally one senior officer told me that firstly we need to unlink these two connections and then request dishtv that recharge was done on wrong VC so transfer the charge I did that but still no solution Finally I surrendered I donot know what happened next But one thing was in my mind that now I have only one connection I recharged my single existing connection on 05-Jul-22 and to my surprise by default it was recharged to Old disconnected dead VC number On contacting customer care they told it happens by default and recharge amount is distributed to both VC numbers More surprise - My both account says zero balance on TV while on website one account shows the balance Both TVs are not working Now I am again struggling to rectify Its 4days now talked to more than 20 time to customer care and around 7-8 times with seniors No one is able to rectify this Now starting recording all call conversations and planning to file a case in consumer forum

WORST CHEATING LYING GREEDY FAKE FRAUD DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID STUBBORN ARROGANT NEGLIGENT and LETHARGIC customercare technicians name sake seniors and dishtv agents It s VERY DISGUSTING and DISSAPPOINTING from dishtv customercare and technicians for not properly attending to the customer s complaint These people are LIARS CHEATERS and FRAUDSTERS neverever TRUST BELIEVE or LISTEN to these CHEAP MISCREANTS It s all lies from these MANNERLESS INDISCIPLINED and MISBEHAVING STUPID whenever complaint is raised there are two separate charges from the customercare and the technicians But if we complain about this dishtv people are STUBBORN ARROGANT IGNORANT and NEGLIGENT they are so CARELESS BOTHERLESS and IGNORANT towards the customer s complaint Their 24 hours complaint resolving is all FAKE FRAUD and CHEATING on 18 10 22 we had booked for the technician but it had been three days but there is no technicians visit for my shifting of dishtv It was told us to pay only Rs 200 Rs 250 - including gst for relocation But their SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician named ajay janaki is BOLDLY asking if I pay him Rs 600 - than only he will visit my place otherwise not But even after complaining this incident to the customercare and name sake senior both of them were BOTHERLESS IGNORANT NEGLIGENT and CARELESS but there was no visit after 24 hours too and now it s the third day and we are waiting for the SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician let s hope he may come But even after 24 hours later there is repetitive answers from their INDISCIPLINED DISGUSTING MANNERLESS and ARROGANT customercare to wait for 24 hours And they transfer the call to the namesake senior just to fool the customer but in reality the call is not transferred only its passed to the other SILLY STUPID GREEDY agents who is the same ARROGANT STUBBORN and LETHARGIC MISCREANTS they neverever listen to the customer s complaint only a FAKE FRAUD and HOPELESS reply that you will have to wait for 24 hrs And plus their service is so slow and time consuming and time passing that it is done on purpose and keeps the customer waiting with their FAKE FRAUD and DIRTY advertisement which is UNPLEASANT UNSOOTHING AND STUPIDITY to hear Neverever go for this UNPROFESSIONAL UNMANAGEMENT DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS dishtv This dishtv people are so afraid of their technicians that even after complaining they neverever take any STERN STRICT and SACKING action against their SILLY STUPID GREEDY agents and technicians

WORST CHEATING LYING GREEDY FAKE FRAUD DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID technicians and services from dishtv It s VERY VERY DISGUSTING and DISSAPPOINTING from dishtv and their SILLY STUPID GREEDY technicians their first of all 24 hrs time given to attend the complaint is very very wrong The dishtv all technicians namely anil sharma 9820371386 ajay janki 8451077468 and dinesh gupta 9702925816 are so CHEAP and GREEDY that they want to call them directly or privately and not to complain the dishtv for any technical help and if we complain to the dishtv directly or privately than they neverever answers our call or attend any of our complaint It all happened on 18 10 22 late morning we had raised the complaint for the dishtv alignment and requested for a technicians visit at my place but the otherday we had to shift our residence so the sameday in the late evening we cancelled the complaint for the dishtv alignment and changed to the shifting of the dishtv and it was notified to the dishtv customercare and confirmed too The otherday there was a call from their CHEAP and GREEDY technician named ajay janki demanded extra saying that he will take Rs 600 - and if paying than only he will attend the complaint but from dishtv it was told that the charges will be only Rs 450 - for the shifting But from 18 10 22 my complaint was unnecessarily and on purpose delayed for four days by the dishtv customercare and their CHEAP SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID GREEDY technicians everyday I used to call their dishtv customercare and they have their SILLY STUPID REPETITIVE CASSETTE PLAYER from their customercare that wait for 24 hrs it will be attended the technician will call us but all in vain for four days But on the third day after pressure they transferred my call to their senior who was cooperative and it was decided to attend my complaint the sameday but it was late evening the technician dinesh gupta was supposed to come and plus I too shifted from the older house to the new one so I told to attend the next morning 10 00 am the first case and it was confirmed The next morning at 09 00 am I reached my older residence and the technician was supposed to come by 10 00 am first to attend my complaint but he didn t arrive till 10 30 am so I started calling him but everytime the SILLY STUPID GREEDY IDIOT dinesh gupta used to disconnect my calls or didn t answer it all took the calling till 12 30 pm in between thrice I called their dishtv customercare to complain about their WORST CHEAP SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician but the customercare was IGNORANT NEGLIGENT CARELESS and BOTHERLESS and was not raising their technician s complaint for delay Actually the case was the technician named dinesh gupta who was hired to attend my complaint was doing his calls privately because the case is the all named technicians say if the customer call them directly than only the complaint will be attended and if we call dishtv the complaint will be delayed on purpose because whatever charges we pay it goes directly to these CHEAP CHEATERS LIARS GREEDY SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID technicians pocket And this things do happen everytime that these CHEAP CHEATERS LIARS GREEDY technician wants us to save their number and call them privately and it was told by these CHEAP SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician named dinesh gupta to save his number for future complaint and he also said that this things will happen everytime and we will suffer but I denied to do so And plus if this SILLY SHAMELESS STUPID GREEDY IDIOT dinesh gupta or any other technician needs any helping hand for doing his work either he should bring a helper or should neverever should ask any help from the customer because customer is paying you for your job and he is not there to help the technician named dinesh gupta should not be that SILLY STUPID GREEDY SHAMELESS and DISGUSTING to keep an assistant Neverever go for dishtv because their services are so CHEAP CHEATING LYING and FOOLING and their technicians are so WORST CHEATING LYING GREEDY FAKE and FRAUD that all the technician wants us to call them directly for our complain without notifying dishtv because whatever charges we are paying they want want directly in their pocket And plus their customercare are FOOLISH IGNORANT NEGLIGENT CARELESS and BOTHERLESS that they have their REPETITIVE CASSETTE PLAYER of 24 hrs though the complaint is not attended even after three days later or even not attended but 24 hrs of attending is their REPETITIVE RECORDED CASSETTE hope so this might be my last year with the dishtv because of their WORST CHEATING LYING GREEDY FAKE FRAUD DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID GREEDY technicians customercare and dishtv

Do not buy
I needed a replacement receiver and remote called on Nov 16 for this service took me 45 minutes talking to an offshore rep thought i finally had it I received an new receiver but no remote so i decided to cancel my service just spent an hour trying to do that going to cost me 40 dollars for their mistake but worth the cost This company would be well served if they had a local office that could handle these types of issues not just sales offices Will never have Dish again

Don t think this will make any difference Their products are absolute rubbish A7070 needs rebooting every other day Satellite antenna does not even pick up one satellite No wonder the products are sold in New Zealand NZ suppliers have no morals or ethics sell products and wipe their hands of any responsibility

Stay away from Dish
We have been having problems with our Dish service for over a month The other night it took 40 minutes to get tech support today they were so busy they said call later I tried calling sales and they dont open until 7am Mountain time Don t the majority of people live on the coasts This is totally unacceptable First opportunity I am canceling my service and switching to the highly rated local service I let them talk me into keeping their service when we moved because they offered me a discount Our local service has internet and tv for the same price Dish has for their tv service only After many years of being patience I have no more Calling customer service and being told to call later is totally unacceptable
