Worst service by tata sky after using 10 years They did not bother about customer problem Worst Service uneducated technicians team They only say sorry on phone and doing nothing with complaint Technicians are the worst part of this team Customer loyalty word is not in Tata sky s dictionary I recommend go to other service provider rather than tata sky Highly not recommended I am also switching to other provider 1 star out of 5

Worst experience Had complained five days back about tatasky not working However no one has come inspite of repetitive complaints and raising the level umpteen times Just fake reassurance and keeping the customer on hold Should be dragged to consumer court for mental harassment Need a complete refund of my money

Extremely Disappointing Experience with TATA Play

I m writing this review as a warning to others avoid TATA Play at all costs Their customer support is abysmal and the behavior of their customer care representatives is appalling I call customer support they pass the buck to the technician The technician in turn is rude and uncooperative When I try to escalate the issue the customer care representative supports the technician s incompetence instead of helping me It s clear that TATA Play doesn t value its customers Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve issues is staggering I ve had enough of their subpar service and would strongly advise others against subscribing to TATA Play Look elsewhere for reliable and customer-centric service Pros NoneCons Poor customer support rude technicians unhelpful customer care representatives

The strangest experience

I don t think they care about reviews I was going to write about an issue But I saw the average review and realized Tata Play is unconcerned about setting things right with customers I m watching Tata play I see a channel I want to view It s right in front of my eyed But when I add the channel through their missed call service it doesn t play So I call customer care They say the channel doesn t exist Channel no 315 Tata Play Classic Tarane No explanation as to how I m seeing the channel right in front of my eyes

One of the worst service Pathetic service and the customer care who keeps calling is really annoying and the way they talk is really really very rude and inappropriate And top of it they behave as if they are paying us I wish I could slap them however tata play don t care for customer feedback and customer satisfaction It s better to shut down this company Really very pathetic and horrible company please stop using tata sky let them shut down
