Their Home Reports are a complete waste of time and money Missed several issues from the HR of the house i just purchased which has resulted in me paying out thousands to repair My complaint has been brushed off and no liability taken despite the clear negligence from them Save yourself hassle and use another provider

Had to chase up home report
Used DM hall with Ayr and had no problems Had to chase up DM hall Dumfries for valuation and draft which I immediately accepted 13 days later I m still waiting on final copy

Would not recommend The surveyor was polite but arrived 55 minutes into a 1 hour slot then pulled a set of blinds off the wall that damaged a storage unit accidental but wasn t particularly apologetic or curious about damage delivered the Home Report two days later than specified and marked a couple of items as 2s that I ve seen marked on multiple other Home Reports as 1s with nearly identical descriptions and context

Wasn t a good experience after I received my home report I challenged the report with actual facts about my property that she surveyed and within an 8 minute conversation my property increased by 6000 Won t be using or recommending DM Hall and am actually annoyed at myself for paying for the report Lessons learnt
