A quick response from the initial call but once the home report was completed I had chase up the draft report and again once it had been signed off it took days to receive the final report again having to phone to chase it up

On our refresh your Company didn t send me a report You sent it to the estate agent I was your Customer and I paid the extra 200 so the least I expected was a report to me

I was surprised that your agent did not come and ask for me He assumed there was no insulation under the floor which is incorrect there is insulation under the floor Ann Higgins

Expensive

I made a mistake and never checked the price first l foolishly just let the estate agent arrange home report which cost me 420 I later checked with Home Report Scotland and they quoted me 307 80 which is 26 cheaper Beware folks get quotes first
