Love the product I bought only complaint is that it took so long in getting it And I have already sent a review actually I sent 2 Love love the leash and harness Have recommended other dogs lovers to get one also

I bought two dog harnesses one for my sheltie Anabanana and one for my grand dog Daisy The one for the sheltie fit beautifully and she loves it much better for her coat Daisy s is kind of loose and looks like it bothers her elbow

Really easy transaction I found what I was looking for straight away There are products to suit everyone Prices are comparable Shipping was fast and hassle free I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be shopping there again

UPDATE 5 days ago I wrote a review in regards to the 3 dog jackets I ordered not fitting and the belief of returning the items to Austria for store credit was poor customer service I would like to update my review to a more favorable and satisfactory outcome I was contacted by Doggykingdom with an offer to replace the correct size jackets at no cost to me and NOT to worry about returning the smaller items which I will donate to a shelter I agreed to their offer because I liked their jacket product This is a very generous offer on the companies part- one that I could not refuse I am changing my original post to a more positive review- I would like to thank Doggykingdom for this offer Many ThanksJane Sanford

I don t understand the negative reviews None of that has been my experience I ordered my first set for my 2 Aussies they came quickly They were very good quality One of the harnesses began to fall apart unravel at its edges I contacted the company They requested a photo of the damage I submitted the photo One week later the replacement arrived No more unraveling Great customer service and a decent quality product I m getting ready to order another one for my new baby puppy who will come live with us in 2 weeks I gave them 4 stars instead of five because over time the strap loosens on my 87 lb Aussie Then if he pulls backward the harness pulls off About twice a year I have to tighten the harness to prevent this I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone involved with it This is a legitimate paying customer review

Harness just arrived and we love it my puppy needs to get use to it Delivery did take a little over a week but all deliveries are behind at this pandemic time So overall we re happy with it probably the best purchase I ve made so far for our pup

I ordered a lifetime warranty harness for my 3 yr old boxer I used it for about 4 weeks then during normal use the stitching holding the ring to the harness came apart the ring came totally out of harness Fortunately I was able to corral him before he ran into traffic I reported this incident sent pictures of the defective product and requested a refund

Edited to add that after I wrote this review the company contacted me and offered to provide a correct size harness Thank you DoggyKingdom for standing behind your product I ordered a harness using their sizing guides and it is way too big When I contacted customer service they offered me a discount to buy another harness Right because I want to invest more miney in something that should have worked out the first time What a waste of money

I ordered the harness then at the end asked if I wanted the leash I ordered that too Leash was not in the box I brought it to Shaun s attention He said take a picture of what was delivered I did He said sorry need more proof I took a picture of what was delivered and they didn t honor it I did not get the leash Don t order from here Get it somewhere else Mary from this company contacted me and rectified what should have been done Received the leash finally as she took action when she saw my review

Everything about my purchase was efficient and correct I bought two coats and from measuring the dogs to ordering them all was clear And then THE WONDERFUL coats arrived I m not your average dog walker I live in northern MN where it is winter November thru April I take my dogs out every morning despite any weather for a 2-3 mile hike snowshoe ski where they are leash free These coats stay on well thru all that and miraculously they don t fill up with snow With all this constant activity I keep thinking the zipper is going to go but so far no problems When I grab the coats the dogs come running with enthusiasm
