Domuso is a scam

Please check before you move in an apartment if this app is required and I would seriously reconsider living there By moving into my apartment I had to use this app to make my deposits I wasn t able to get it to go through at all I handed my phone and my money orders to the apartment manager it took her approximately 8 to 10 tries to get the payments to go herself I don t know what kind of shady ass scam you re running You overcharge people with exorbitant fees When you re already overcharging for the rent Why not just take paper payments no you rather try to evict people unjustly Domuso is CRAP We switched management about 2 months ago and it s been a steady decline The ladies ever in the office were extremely friendly and responsive Since then there s barely been anybody in the office so you re forced to use this crap At the same time I ve been trying to submit a service request and the option never populates our loads on this app what a piece of crap You reject payments that are perfectly fine or don t process them until it you re able to apply fees that you just make up Apparently as you feel I call BS this needs to stop and it needs to be shut DOWN Why not accept paper certified payments in office or have an ability to use a debit card within the office NO OF COURSE NOT Because they rather just make up FEES to charge you like you are already overcharging for these raggedy apartments IF I could give this zero Stars I would complete CROOKS Please check before you move in an apartment if this app is required and I would seriously reconsider living there

it starts out be4 typing the review what went wrong this time and that would be the correct way to state it This whole company is a shifty devious company that was built so as shifty landlords would not have to deal with residents complaining and with holding rent due to any reason and there are several reasons a tenant may do so varing from state to state without facing compiled charges and late fees and outstanding inflated lawyer fees this will quickly overwelm a person and or family rendering them homeless a out on the streets ive seen it happen many times where i live id tell you the complex s name Rivive i think but theyu have changed the place s name so many timesi i cant be sure thats because all these L L C limited liability companies simply do that when ever the lawsuits become to high to want to pay so they bail on it the staff remains the same and im sure the major stock holders as well as CEOs of the companiy do as well THIS IS THE FLEACING OF AMERICA AND A BUNCH OF B S AND DESPRATLY NEEDS TO BE DELT WITH Id recommend not choosing a residence that deals with them but you may have a hard time doing that I know leaving this review is going to leave me open for attack but the truth must be told and justice and integrity still should be up held and not trampled by miles of legal flim flam made by thier lawyers to let them get away with this Before this evil company was made i was led one of the inspiered creators by a lawyer representing DSA Denver socialists of America or one from his group I was part of a class action suit in which it wasnt a admission of guilt or a plea the lawyer Jason was clear to state but a gift to smooth things over and walk away it was for 2000 oo and that would have made the turmoil in my life smoother But the very next month when i went to pay the now head manager of the complex said oh that was BLA BLA BLA were NOW BS BS BS youll have to take it up with them But SOON after that this company was made i didnt know what a socialist was they seemed helpful and nice A member introduced me to the man wearing shades on a already dark day to discuss what problems i had with this complex and its management ONLY INTRODUCED TO HIM AS Mich When i looked up the founder s i looked up each one s name on google photos to see how they looked Mr Lightfoot was wearing them same damn dark shades in every photo I done it since and his PR guy must of said this was bad for his image cause goggle photos of his accounts pics wear all changed up by then I PRAY THIS HELPS PEOPLE CAUSE I M SURE THIS STATMENT as most things in life will have a PRICE TO PAY

I hope that anyone who is thinking of using this portal reads this first Don t use them If you have to drive to the bank and get a checkbook like it s 1970 do it Write a check to your apartment complex I was charged a 30 portal fee Worse The first time I made payments for my application fee there was a usual 3 25 charge you might find on other portals when making my payments It wasn t until I made the payment of the exact amount that my apartment asked for that I noticed a total charge of 31 dollars extra I assumed it could have been a mistake until I looked at my receipt and the insane charge for using their portal I ve used several different portals at different apartments so I know it can be done Total rip off

Just awful The site went down for almost two weeks and I couldn t pay my rent The company that owns the property demands we use it Now that it s back up I can no longer just link my routing number to pay bills I have to link my account to their sevice which didn t work and they get to sell my information to a 3rd party Also lick the circumference of my entire anus if you think Im going to pay you 53 just to pay my rent

Waste of time

Just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get a payment to go through for my rent and the website constantly declined the payments I have money in both accounts I tried to use but it was still auto declining everything I have never had any issues like this before with domuso Seriously fix your website or get rid of it
