I just wanted to write and thank you and your team for such an amazing job fitting the flooring at the bungalow Firstly we were so impressed with the range of options you had in your little shop which is like a tardis inside and you were so helpful and knowledgeable when I was making decisions The quality of the flooring now it s down is even better than I had hoped for we feel like we are walking in air with those carpets The attention to detail of the fitters was great So friendly and trustworthy If we ever need flooring again we will definitely be back- although due to the fantastic quality of your products I think it s unlikely to be for a VERY long time

A very professional company from the start of the process right through to the end Communication was superb and they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it The gentleman who fitted our flooring did a superb job I m very happy with the result

I would reccomend Donnelly Watson carpets to everyone The service was superb The carpet we chose is such a good quality Also although we only ordered the carpet 2 weeks before Christmas they still managed to get it fitted for us in time for Christmas
