I have used them on a couple of occasions the products are greate the process of buying is easy my only grime i have is with the cost of delivery if under 85 and the delivery is poor up to 5 days and it always seems to be the longer time frame then the shorter for being in the U K i find that poor as you can order larger items from outside the U K or with in and have it deliverd the next working day for free and thats important for a small Joinery company working on a short time notices I would recommend them based on the simplicity and produt quality but make sure you have plenty of time to wait for delivery

I cannot fault the service but the product was not fit for purpose I purchase some large surface bolts as use for floor bolts on internal doors The sliding part of the bolt rattled about in the stays so it would not have smoothly gone into the keep Disappointing for the price I have purchased cheaper and better quality now from Screwfix I have yet to return the product and I hope I will have my postage refunded as well as the cost because as I said product was inferior and not fit for purpose

Ordered two items but only one arrived Had the other few days later after chasing it up

I have ordered a number of times and laways the quality has been very good On this occasion one of the items was very poor quality and not as described I phoned and was asked to send a photo of the bad items This I did but did not get a follow up and had to phone again to be told replacement items will be sent I will wait to see what they are like

Some products have been fine but several wardrobe handles have already lost their brass colouring after a few months of light use

Update Dec 17th The company reached out to me and explained the reason behind some of the challenges due to moving to a new system and arranged for a replacement to be sent This time I received the tracking and customs information and was able to track and pay the duty due and it has arrived this morning as ordered I will probably use them again even with the issue below as they did go out of their way to contact me and apologise for the issues and speedily correct the issue Original post Ordered at the beginning of November with no confirmation until I reached out and prompted No tracking info was provided and the packaging did not contain contact information as a result this sat in customs awaiting a payment for a month with no way of me knowing or paying the fee Now returned to sender and the responses from customer service are brief and unhelpful

Some time arriving

The product is great and met my expectations but order status and tracking information was very poor I had to contact them twice via their online chat to find out what was going The first time I was assured it would be with me before the end of the week and then when it didn t arrive I had to contact them again Last time I ordered with them the experience was much better and I received a despatch notice etc but this time nothing

Ordered 7 handles and hinge sets the quality of the hinges is really good however we did receive 1 faulty handle pack with bits missing and handle completely faulty reported and quick response in confirming a replacement however lead times are long

They delivered a different product Similar fleur-de-lys design but smaller Definitely NOT the ones in the picture just TWO fixing holes instead of SIX More light-weight slightly inferior I have kept them in the hope I can use them on another job No time to re-package and return I have had to buy new ones that are what I had in mind from local hardware shop Should have done that in the first place
