Quick delivery and response to my email However it would have been good if you could were able to check if door handles were identical to B Q ones As it turned out they were very similar but shape and finish not identical - probably closest available now that B Q ones discontinued

Minor gripe

First of all the door handles are great and of high quality and they look great in our home My wife is very pleased with them However I have one minor gripe Several of the door knobs we chose the Carlisle crystal shaped design separated from the spool due to paucity of adhesive I had to stick these back with superglue which worked fine and altogether wasn t a major issue but I feel customers should not have to do this with a brand new product especially at the price these handles cost Overall I would recommend this supplier but they need to iron out this minor manufacturing issue

Order was easy to sort out and was delivered on time Unfortunately one set of door handles was an issue Correct box but contained the wrong handles Quickly and efficiently resolved with one call and a few photo s with replacements dispatched and expected tomorrow

Quick service and stuff arrived well packaged Only four stars this time as the heavy duty roller catches are very stiff and I ve had to dismantle them and use a dremel on the frame to allow the roller to move backwards and forwards without jamming Once done they work fine but a less experienced DIYer might have been less happy

Expensive postage

Good selection of products and order arrived on time however there really should be multiple postage options I bought 4 screws and 2 door spindles which fit into a small Jiffy bag and had to pay 7 for postage more than the actual cost of the products combined Edit Thanks to customer services for addressing my review good to know for future

Perfect for my Daughter s Hogwarts inspired Bedroom

I m no window fitter and did struggle with the locking mechanism at first I thought I may have ordered the wrong direction When I realised it was just I hadn t unscrewed the lock far enough all was well A perfect finishing touch However for the delivery price I would have expected it to be next day delivery

Would have been a 5 but the item I ordered was discontinued Managed to order it had a confirmation email and an estimated delivery date to then be emailed a few days later being informed the item is discontinued and should have been removed from the website An alternative was sorted but not the exact item I wanted However all in all a fairly positive experience Will use again

Quality product arrived promptlyVery nice looking quality product chrome letterbox arrived very promptly with regular updates and carefully packaged Would purchase again from this company Would have given 5 s but postage costs are more excessive than necessary given the Co uses DPD Royal Mail would have been almost half the price with tracking

Great handles and great service

Lovely quality handles for a reasonable price The live chat is fantastic with very helpful staff I asked to change an order last minute and they sorted this very quickly as well as delivering it the next day when requested Marked one star less as I believe postage is a bit expensive considering it s not next-day and it s only packaged inside an envelope

Bought Shaker Style Cupboard in Satin

Bought Shaker Style Cupboard in Satin Nickel which arrived promptly with Parcel Force albeit not the advised courier namely DPD Yet to install but good weight to the knob and well finished Description says supplied with 25mm and 62mm M4 fixing screws however we only got supplied with the 25mm Which is ok for us Parcel Force courier didn t advise us of delivery date or option to track and change delivery date
