Great fast delivery

Great fast delivery unfortunately the locks were missing so got to wait for those so can t realy start the doors with the handles that arrived with no locks but handles look great even if I can t fit them yet

Good product well-priced let down by muddled customer service communication and delivery arrangements

The product is of good quality at a reasonable price Everything is good apart from customer service which has been very muddled told our of stock twice then having confusing delivery notices I had to keep on rearranging my work from home and almost went and bought elsewhere intending to cancel this order

Good web site except the dimensional

Good web site except the dimensional drawing of the letter box and aperture needed was very poor unbelievable poor The product is good but without details concerning the cutout required you have do some self drawing before cutting the aperture and drilling the bolt holes

Would I order again from Door handle Company yes I probably would

I ordered Finger Plates and was having them delivered to the Republic of Ireland It was 9 weeks before I received them I tried to phone after 1 month when I hadn t received any goods but was left in a queue for more than 20 minutes until all my credit ran out I left a message on the online Chat facility and eventually got a approximate date for delivery I have to say I cant fault the quality of the goods top class with everything in order and well packaged

Prompt delivery and good quality but

Prompt delivery and good quality products chrome door handles escutcheons and lock but the escutcheon cover fouls the handle on my door Details on product dimensions wound have helped me avoid this and a waste of money

Sturdy but installation is going to take ages

The brushed chrome letter flap feels sturdy and looks good simple but good The online product description left out so many key details though installing will now be a lot more work It is a gravity flap but it is hinged in the middle so part of the flap needs to retreat into the door when it opens I ll now have to cut a recess in the timber The hinges themselves are bulky so they will need cavities cutting to house them The bolts that attach the flap to the door not shown or detailed in the description I assumed screw-in like my current one are about twice as thick as my door so I m going to have to work out how to cut them down - to a very specific length - before I can install None of this is awful but it s a lot different to the online images and description and to my expectations

Front of plate a little scuffed

I ordered a black finger plate for a door primarily to hide some old screw holes We were having some work done and I needed the plate fairly swiftly The plate arrived well packaged although to be honest the front of the plate was a little scuffed in places I didn t have time to request a replacement therefore attached the plate back to front which although not ideal it seems to work Also the screws supplied had painted heads to match the plate which was black surely they could provide black screws

A tale of 2 halves The handles seem good quality Items well packaged Delivery a little slow but not too bad The only problem is the handles were totally unsuitable for the job Stars are lost because of inept customer service I made 2 phone calls explaining my requirements Advice was given and an item stock number provided with assurances this was the perfect item to fit the bill It wasn t Now I have to return 6 handles I phoned a third time and no apologies were given for the inconvenience caused Not really impressed

After ordering online I rang as told on my original call by a very efficient girl to pay additional 3 for a letterbox extender by phone The girl said don t worry I will put one in for free She didn t I felt more like she couldn t be bothered to take the payment as there was a child in the background Now I m short of the part required

The wait for the goods I ordered was a

The wait for the goods I ordered was a number of weeks and had it been an urgent item I would have been thoroughly discontent rather than mildly irritated On the plus side the communication was good but they kept moving the delivery date further down the track which didn t help The items have now arrived and to be fair they are of excellent quality Would I use them again Yes probably because they kept in touch
