I managed to get my online order slightly wrong with the DHC Following a call to them they actioned and sorted my issue immediately I received my parts in the post within 48hrs I was very impressed withy their customer service approach

I ordered pewter crackle glaze drawer wardrobe handles which are really lovely I ordered them and they were supposed to be delivered between 2 to 4 working days but they hadn t arrived and when I rang the lady just to check to see if they had been dispatched she told me they hadn t but she would get them out straight away and sure enough within 24 hours they were here Great customer service Couldn t be more happy Many thanks
