Disappointed

The topper was delivered in good time and good condition I followed the instructions to the letter After now sleeping on it for approximately one week the topper has not improved my sleep or issues and is now starting to deform It is of no use and has been removed It maybe that there is a material fault or such like but whatever I will not be using it

Worst service and nights sleep of my life

I placed my order on the 13th of November delivery days were from 14 to 28 days i received my order on the 23rd of December i had to make numerous calls and emails just to be told sorry we dont have stock I called again on the 20th December and was told it will arrive in a couple of days The day arrived unpacked and let it rest as it says on the 24th i put the topper on top of my existing mattress and the next morning i had an awful neck pain and headache i gave it a few nights sleeps but it did not get any better called today 29th for a return to be told i have to pay 39 for Delivery OMG never again

Dormeo S Plus Evolution Super King Mattress - Rubbish

We purchased a Dormeo S Plus Evolution Super King mattress after seeing all the hype on TV on how it comes as a split unit and it s S shaped memory foam which is reversible between hard and soft firmness etc Please let me tell you that after exactly 1 5 years of use this mattress is so uncomfortable it is unreal This is a total Memory Foam mattress that has got Dementia it does not recover itself and if you have to get out of bed during the night when you return the mattress does not recover quick enough and you end up rolling into the previous dip and even though Dormeo claim it is well ventilated and keeps you cool believe me it does the opposite and seriously you sweat heavily Evidently sweating is quite common with Memory foam products but very bad with this mattress It was ok when new apart from the sweating but has deteriorated in such a short space of time to becoming a very uncomfortable product We have now ended up purchasing a new Hypos pocket sprung product to get a good nights sleep We will never ever buy a mattress again from just a TV advert Go and try it out at a bed centre it s the safest option And please - Do NOT buy this mattress it is awful

Do not buy from Dormeo

I purchased the Dormeo Octasmart Mattress in May 2022 for my wife who is bravely battling cancer Unfortunately after approximately 18 months of use we noticed a significant sinking in the main sleeping area Concerned about the quality I promptly lodged a warranty complaint with Dormeo An engineer from the company visited our home and following a thorough inspection assured us that it was indeed a case for replacement However to our dismay the official report received from Dormeo stated that no fault was found When I called Dormeo seeking clarification I was provided with various reasons related to their tolerance policy Despite this Dormeo failed to provide a satisfactory explanation as to why a mattress sinking by 1 5 cm in the main sleeping area was not covered by their policy nor was it mentioned in the warranty information I strongly advise against buying or trusting Dormeo and recommend staying away from this company Conversely I have had a positive experience with Nectar a company that demonstrated professionalism by promptly replacing a mattress with a similar issue after four years

Mattress never turned up

Mattress never turned up Rang on the 28th day of placing order Was told it would be at the earliest mid January but could offer no guarantees An updated Email advising me of this would have been helpful courteous and professional But never mind Have asked for my money back which they tell me could take up to 5 working days there s a pattern developing here I suspect they have a marketing campaign without the manufacturing capacity to support I am dissapointed and will look elsewhere

DORMEO total rip off

Bought octosmart mattress off this company in 2021it was dear but came with a long guarantee Towards the end of 2023 the mattress only two years old had developed several faults The one side of the mattress has collapsed and there is a lump down the middle of the mattress I complained and emailed customer service several times and they said that the measurements and photos provided showed a normal wear and tear in accordance with their warranty and they would not even acknowledge the collapsed side even though you could clearly see the bulge and used a set square to show this but they will not acknowledge this fault as they wanted a pice of string and a ruler to show the bulge which is not possibleI WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AS THEY WILL NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY And they tell you to use an independent mattress company to inspect the mattress and the company they recommend is part of the DORMEO group so not very independent at all A total waste of over 550 DO NOT USE

Terrible Service

Order the topper mattress 24 DAYS AGO and NOTHING No delivery no tracking and no information as to the status of my order despite two emails to customer service Is this a scam or what

Not what I ordered

Ordered a memory foam mattress topper what came was a foam mattress topper with a thin sliver of memory foam on top How they can advertise it as a memory foam topper is beyond me My old one is far superior and that s falling apart It took months to arrive also It s now on the spare bed and I m looking for another new one for my bed Will go to dunelm as I should have done in the first place Won t be ordering from this company again

AVOID lasts 4 months-poor quality and customer service

Bought the octosmart topper and within 4 months it lost all its support and is non existent They finally gave me a replacement after going through the shockingly poor customer service and this lasted 4 months too They then refused to return and refund and now i m stuck with the worst most expensive topper i have bought Absolutely rubbish Avoid

Shocking service from start to finish

Shocking service from start to finish customer service was abysmal mattress clearly faulty dipped in one side someone clearly slept on the side as you could see body shape had to pay for postage to send back as no collection in area Money still not been returned after the 14day guarantee still waiting 27 days on Would not recommend this company
