The mattress was fantastic service not so

The mattress was great what wasn t great was when I ordered the mattress I was offered a free pillow I explained to the person taking my order that I didn t want the shaped pillow I wanted a pillow that looked like a normal pillow I was told this was not a problem I ordered the mattress on 1st October when it came a week later it had the shaped pillow I immediately phoned and explained the situation I was told that my phone call had been taped so they needed to hear what was said I didn t have a problem with them doing it Finally after me ringing again I was told I could have the pillow I wanted when I ordered the mattress and so began the wait On the 30th November the pillow was finally delivered nearly 2 months after the original order As I said I do not have a problem with the mattress infact it s fantastic It s the service that I object to Especially as they were still advertising the pillow I wanted except that they don t mention it was out of stock for over 6 weeks

Don t trust them you see advert fast delivery Put order in around 25th September still waiting on order now 16th October contacted them they say between 14 to 28 days for delivery from order date To me seems as if waiting for returns then send back out not good

Very firm not very comfortable

Delivery took about 3 weeks not particularly comfortable very firm and quite thin despite ordering the plush comfort mattress Have arranged to return it and found there is a 40 return fee which isn t made clear on the 60 night sleep guarantee which is promoted

Un-acceptable delivery practise

I live in a flat and my order was left outside the building we have an intercom system so couriers can contact residents This was not used and i was also not notified by text as I was when told it was to be delivered it was only when another resident called me that I knew it was there it was in full view of the busy main road and could of been stolen at any time i think this is un-acceptable behaviour from a usually reputable courier

Shocking delivery

We live on a complex for ill people me suffering a stroke the mattress was left jn main reception where anyone could have took it disgusting and I will not give a good review because of this it was only one floor down and there is a lift the cleaner had to bring it down bless her as she isn t young not happy atall

Ordered topper expecting delivery in 3-5 days but 7 weeks later it has now arrived Given two dates for delivery but nothing Had to contact them by phone and email numerous times but no updates and lack of communication No apologies or recompense Very poor Where about to cancel when on stock Just hope topper is worth the wait

Well I suffer from bones in my back so I can sleep better at the moment I haven t had a good night s sleep yet I would love to give you a more positive outlook but at present I am optimistic if this will work

Well an old man had to find me from no

Well an old man had to find me from no 3 to no 9 then I opened the mattress topper and the zip was inside out so that ment I could not zip it up a few inches very disappointed for the second topper
