In response to DOXYVA March 22 reply no it does not sound strange at all to me This company has many negative reviews other than mine So as usual I am again perplexed by many of your statements I have experienced every one of the negative previous posts and many other issues that have not been posted I have not listed all these previous problems at least not yet I have only focused on the bigger issues After my purchase in 2022 of 900 your company requested the medical records for my husband My husband sent his medical records and clearly instructed they only internally be used within the company Doxyva replied by email and assured that they would only be used internally by their medical experts Among other posted replies from this company they dedicated their entire November 17th reply to egregiously exposing my husband s private and personal health condition even to the point of stating that they are surprised he is alive What kind of company would ever do this In the February 17 2023 reply they said they stated in dozens of emails that they do not guarantee any results with this complex situation As I knew this was completely untrue I requested they post ONLY the dates of these so-called dozens of emails Their reply on February 24 2023 was that communication with our customers is private and confidential and is being handled accordingly to our company privacy policy THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY THERE WAY OUT NOT TO ANSWER TO A COMPLETE LIE Not one of those emails ever existed and they know it I have read all the replies to all the negative reviews and clearly see through everyone of them Their online replies appear very professional and caring although the private emails I have received from them are quite to the contrary and degrading Should Doxyva dispute this statement in a reply I will locate the date and verbiage of emails and post As usual I unfortunately have to take the time to contradict just about every statement they make And I will continue to do so Every word of my posts are true and honest and I would hope this company would follow the same path Their replies indicate such a willingness to help my husband but after spending over 3 500 we decline the offer Our experience with Doxyva spanned the dates of May 7th through December of 2022

Buyer beware
I ordered my device and cartridge s in May 22 I received the cartridge s 4 weeks later but no device although was promised it was in the mail The excuse a logistics issue When my device came the 3rd week of July it was missing the o ring It also seemed as if it didn t function the same as the ones I was watching on YouTube I was promised a new device and a box of cartridges for my inconvenience The cartridges came but the device didn t After calling numerous times and many weeks later the second device came but it was obviously a return The box had been opened and there was moisture in the the water cartridge After calling and calling and emailing I never did receive a proper device I purchased an o ring for my original device and used it 2x a day consistently for months I still use it periodically but I don t know if it really does anything I have a few small veins in my legs and ankles but they have actually gotten worse not better over the last year I bought the device because of the promise of rebuilding my circulatory system Getting rid of the veins in my legs was just a hopeful bonus Unfortunately that didn t happen When I initially spoke with John he was very informative and convincing of the great benefits of the product One of his selling points was that the product is so great that they virtually never get returned I even convinced my friend to buy one as well as she has bad veins in her legs She got her device before me even after ordering it 2 weeks after me Then when it came to receiving the second device somehow it was sent it to her Now she lives in an entirely different city an hour away from me Tell me how does that happen Needless to say I m not real impressed with the company nor the product Oh and my friend didn t get any results either with her veins I ended up spending 1500 because I wanted my husband to do it too so I ordered enough co2 cartridges for both of us to do 3 months of treatments I came here today because I wanted to see what people were saying since my veins are seemingly getting worse I was hoping for some encouragement from others to continue use but I don t know if I should even use it anymore I don t know if my device works properly as I explained before

in reply to your response to my review it is really making me angry that you still continue to assert your product saved my husbands life i questioned you about this assertion 2 or 3 times in emails some months ago i asked you WHERE you came up with that statement you continue to do so and this assertion is completely false My husband had a regular cancer skin check at the dermatologist back in August 2022 This was after my husband was using Doxyva every single day for more than 3 months using 3-4 cartriges each day The dermatologist said his feet were the worst she had ever seen your product did nothing for my husband and you certainly didnt save his life as you continue to assert your response mentions you are happy to work with him if he sticks to the regime and provides diagnotic results daily first my husband is done with paying 3519 for a product that was ineffective and stuck with your regime for roughly 7 1 2 months providing diagnostic results daily who in the world can do that Youve got to be kidding right even if willing diagnostics would come from doctors clinics you think that can even happen i just dont know where you come up with some of this stuff your response indicates we wanted a full refund despite the fact that my husband used your product for many months Yes this is correct he followed your regime and encouragement for many months we spent 3519 and he was no better for having done so You first indicated 30 days then 60-90 then several months your website indicates a relatively short amount of time for imminent amputees with diabetes my husband is not a diabetic and wasnt even in an amputee situation and Doxyva was not effective after such dedication on my husbands part He never got the oxygen you asserted would happen it diminished with each passing week his edema did not subside as you asserted our reviews should all be truthful and honest with every reviewer and every response or readers are not served well

READERS OF THIS REVIEW PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE This company has serious unscrupulous behavior and practices and below is proof In the Reply from Doxyva on Feb 17 2023 paragraph 4 states we had explained to you over hours and hours of phone calls and dozens of emails that we do not guarantee any results with this complex situation This statement was a 100 a lie Therefore in my response to this dated February 23rd I requested this company to post the dates of these dozens of emails that they said they do not guarantee results Whether or not they guaranteed results these dozens of emails do not exist The following is their reply to my request to post only the dates of these dozens of emails I did not request specifics of any emails only the dates of the so-called emails I knew all along these emails did not exist and was an outright lie Their esponse of February 24 is as follows Communication with our customers is private and confidential and is being handled according to our company privacy policy Therefore we are not allowed to post private emails publicly Now let s go back in time a week earlier to their reply dated February 17th and read the ENTIRE reply It disclosed the most personal information on my husband s health condition then turned around in an attempt to defend their lies and state communication with customers is private and confidential The simple dates of emails which I requested contain absolutely no information or content divulging personal information on one s health Merely dates They knew they had no emails whatsoever as previously proclaimed in their replies I will certainly find out if the outrageous public disclosure of my husband s health to anyone and everyone has ramifications The content of this review should reveal the true nature and principles of this company

I generally don t write a bad review However I am left with no other choice but to write one I ordered Doxyva on 11 22 and even after 4 months I have ZERO updates I have no idea when this product would be shipped or if it would be shipped at all Is this a SCAM I have texted the listed number so many times and every time I get an excuse sorry we are overwhelmed we ll get back to you today I almost send the exact same message asking for status and I get similar response Funny Sad thing is that no one gets back with any updates I keep asking but it s like they don t care I asked for the contact info of the CEO a Manger or somebody but no response I think I should post all the chat messages so people know how mediocre all of this is No concern for my time and not shame Don t care about the frustration this is causing I am beginning to think this may be all fake Is this all SCAM ---Update 03 07 - Are these people SCAMMERS not sure I have not yet received the product or the update Nobody has even contacted me regarding the refund or for any updates They shouldn t even take orders if it can t be fulfilled which leads me to believe they are SCAMMERS

Its been going on 5 months and still no
That simply is not true i have called almost 4 times a week with no response I have yet to talk to anyone Its been since August 30th You could have walked it to Ohio in that time You also said you were sending me extra cartridges because of this overwhelming delay That has not happened either I want what I ordered

I wrote a review Sharing that I had not received any product from Doxyva other than one box of 25 ampules that I received in September 2022 From September 2022 to today February 21 2023 I have not received any other product from Doxyva I have repeatedly emailed customer service at Doxyva texted Per their instructions and called prove their instructions The only response I get is from robots who respond via text respond on the website and respond via email As of today I am owed over 600 in refunds I Requested they stop building my credit card and that I no longer believe they re robots statements that they are going to send me product after their shipping problems are resolved If they can sell on Amazon and estimate that the product will get to a customer by February 24 and I still haven t gotten any product since September 2022 You can see why I no longer trust them I tried to reply to their robot response on my previous review but could not find any reply button That is why I m writing this The robot response to my previous review has been sent to me numerous times What a bad way to treat a customer who in good faith believed the initial communication about shipping problems and the company s willingness to make sure I get the products I need and even offer to provide samples or whatever which I have never received nor want I just want my money back
