Absolute trash

NO MORE DPD We don t want this company anymore they ruin everything and only chaos with this company I don t understand why this company it s been used when no body wants this They broke every package many packages are being sent back because I was never informed about my orders they never come with any packages at my door even if I pay for this Please to every company I don t want to use this company anymore

This is the worst delivery service EVER

Absolute trash When you re home they say you weren t and bring it to some random location Even if you specify a pickup station for delivery they still send it to some other random location on the other side of the city Absolute trash

Incompetent logistics

This is the worst delivery service ever They NEVER deliver the parcels Like literally NEVER Avoid this company at all costs With every parcel they keep trying to convince that I m insane and I was not at home even though I AM SURE I was at home No-one knocked or rang the door They just don t come For every parcel you have to go to their pickup point Moreover they don t even bother themselves to THINK if it s even possible to collect the parcel from the pick up point Once they made me collect a PIANO from the pick up point because they couldn t reach me at home while I was standing in the corridor and waiting for the parcel since I knew it was heavy They just skipped my address and brought A PIANO to a pickup point Never EVER use this company They are joking with people and just taking your time There are plenty of other deliveries that always come

Incompetent logistics The seller sent the order via DPD Netherlands and they made a mistake regarding the address DPD at is not able to fix the address as long as the item is not in Austria Already been waiting for it for a week

This should have been a four working-day delivery It turned out more than double that before I called time with the sender and cancelled the order The package had languished in a depot in Austria for three days and another five days somewhere in France If you message these clowns they will tell you to contact the sender - in other words the saps who entrust their companies reputations to a bunch of fools Do yourselves a favour if your supplier intends to use DPD to deliver its merchandise - go somewhere else

9x 10 they do not attempt delivery

DPD sent me an email informing I would receive my package today I stayed at home I even didn t go out to throw away the rubbish or shower They wrote that it wasn t possible to deliver the package and I must go to a supermarket 20-25 minutes walking to pick it up I have no car and nobody to ask for help By phone they informed me they didn t find people at home THEY LIE I was at home and they didn t ring my door or call It s snowing and we have 3 today After a bike accident I have problems walking because of the pain And I paid for a premium delivery This company is famous in Austria and Germany for not delivering packages but leaving them at pick-up stations I called them to ask them to deliver my package but they said it would take at least two more days and I need the goods tomorrow

Fail to deliver every single time

Almost every single time with DPD they do not even try to deliver the packages I ve had many days where Amazon and the Post office deliver things but DPD does not I have seen their drivers just stick the notes on the doors without even trying to deliver anything Also awful I ve seen them deliver things according to the website to a neighbor that does not exist Had to call DPD to figure out where my package was of course it was at the pickup shop like always If you select a favorite pickup shop they do not even attempt to deliver it to your home AND they often ignore your selected location I have heard that some pickup shops have under the table deals with drivers to give them cuts of the holding fees that may explain it There is no feedback option when I open a chat with them to complain it just shows me where my package is and asks me if that was helpful I clicked no and it said thanks for your feedback good bye I would pay extra to have Amazon or other online vendors use anything but DPD

Did not deliver my package home even

Fail to deliver every single time Looking at the live map the truck drives around the same street for half a day then cancels the delivery without being remotely close to my apartment being present and waiting The level of incompetence and laziness is preposterous
