Their POS app placed a duplicate of an order I placed They refused to cancel it and even tried to gaslight me into thinking I placed both orders So now I m going to be charged twice for an order I did not place The efforts to stonewall were astounding Whoever is training your support team to frustrate customers is doing an incredible job

Do not order food from here if you value your health

Rotten food Rotten sardines half of the cans All Payless noodles with mold some just when packed others when you eat you can see tons of mold on noodles and they taste bad I had diarrhea after eating them just to understand it was bad and paying attention Never ever saw any mold on noodles in my life prior to using this service The customer service says we won t refund anything Thanks for caring Here you go

Dear Panda Team I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent delivery experience when sending food to my uncle in the Philippines I ordered the items from Abu Dhabi intending for them to reach him without issues However I faced multiple challenges with the assigned rider Firstly the rider communicated excessively with my uncle which was both uncomfortable and unnecessary Instead of a smooth delivery the conversation seemed to create confusion and delays To make matters worse the rider sent a photo as proof of delivery yet my uncle did not receive any item This has raised serious concerns regarding the reliability of the service especially as I trusted it to deliver my purchase safely to him I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a solution that ensures proper delivery protocols in the future I would also appreciate a full refund Thank you for your attention to this complaint I look forward to your prompt response

Food panda is the absolut worst Company i made a order food panda charge me 460 php and Then my order was cancel i took a screenshot of my bankstatment wher it say 460 php charge by food panda send to Customer service and Kevin thats what he told me his name was told me we did not charge you anything and i told him please put on your glasses coz you Can clearly not see good and Then tell me what you see and the response was sir i am looking at now and we did not charge you so if you want to loose money continiue to use foodpanda THEY ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY Worst Company in the world i cant complain about cotumer service COZ THER IS NONE I realy wish i could give zero stars They dont even diserve 1

I made an order worth 1 300 pesos and i was deducted twice and it appears i made a double order they CS also mentioned that it was an issue on their end yet they can t make a refund out of it i was technically scammed not recommended for new users whenever an error happened on their side you customer will have to suffer
