The WORST delivery company in the entire world Nothing works nobody knows anything lost goods Tragedy Do NOT TRUST DPD

If I could put 0 stars I would Delivery attempted on Monday but didn t knock hard enough to even know a driver was there Attempted redelivery on Tuesday only to find out a pin was required which they d sent to the wrong number Website didn t allow me to update the phone number or select a redelivery date Couldn t get a hold of a human being phone just kept repeating the progress of the parcel Found out today that the parcel is being sent back to sender Contacted the sender to ask them to rearrange delivery but it s unfortunately out of their hands they gave me a number to contact dpd operator scolded me for obtaining the number re rang customer service had to sit through the same message numerous times before the robot gave up to put me through to a woman who didn t care about my issue refused to offer a solution and claimed that they have no control over sending pins out even though the person who was receiving the pins confirmed that it was from dpd Asked to file a formal complaint and got told I couldn t even though I was through to customer service Been disregarded and disappointed for a situation that isn t my fault and recieved awful customer service and no solutions or compensation Parcel was meant for a birthday on the 6th and I was able to get the product on a special limited time offer price which expires today but I m not able to reorder for two weeks as they ve decided to send the parcel back to sender They refuse to intercept this I m beyond anger

Six day later I do not have my parcel yet

The item was at the delivery center for 5 days when finally out for delivery the delivery guy decided to leave my package for the day after delivery as if we do not have anything else to do but wait for the parcels for 6 days AVOID this company

Pure fraud Three weeks of delivery emails with daily excuses saying it will be tomorrow Call center is a disaster rude and uncultured operators Avoid at all costs

Two days in a row the driver is parking his van on the grass cutomer serivice rejected my complaint although they can surely raise it internally
