My problem was due to a sudden failure

My problem was due to a sudden failure of the wifi when a fuse blew and then the Wiser Hub failed to connect to the app correctly It took just a few minutes to reach technical support and Charles was then able to talk me through the way to fix the problem All back up and running again and I could not be happier with the service or the Wiser s performance

Wiser thermostat and smart radiator valves

I have just bought and installed the Wiser 1 system along with 2 smart radiator valves All very straightforward though I am OK with electrical stuff The App is very straightforward and has some good features The response time and help provided from customer support are excellent

Great system with excellent support

I have been using this system for a couple of months now Would suggest you have it fitted by an qualified electrian as I wired mine up wrongly to start with I have found their back up helpline to be superb you actually talk to a real person and they are really helpful should you have any problems setting up Also helped make changes when we replaced our boiler

Excellent customer service that I had

Excellent customer service that I had cause to use as I setup up my Wiser SMART thermostats to my SMART hub The only reason I needed assistance was due to a server technical glitch that the responder solved within seconds Brilliant over the moon with the oversight and control I now have of my energy usage

Does exactly what it says on the tin

I purchased a Drayton Wiser 3 To run and keep an eye on my CH and HW system I have a dual fuel system oil and Wood burner with Back boiler split in 2 zones After a frustrating 24 hours of trying to connect and pair the App Michael saved the day with very quick email responses and then a phone call to offer guidance through the set-up After a few hiccups the account paired and away we went Many thanks to support especially Michael now nice and warm for the upcoming Winter

I would just like to say that the service from your Technical Department was of a very high standard My hub stopped working for no reason an I was unable to communicate I had long discussions with Charles BT and Ashley before arriving at the conclusion that no matter what I tried I was not going to get communication between my BT and Wiser Hubs I explained to Ashley that I had tried everything but could not obtain communication and she agreed to replace the Wiser hub when it arrived I got full communication and all worked well Thanks to everyone for their patience and advise

Been using Wiser Room Thermostat since the lockdown excellent product Now have purchased an Insights IHD together work perfect I would hightly recommend Drayton products to everyone

Have a Wiser kit 3 two heating zones and hot water Was a little tricky to set up Both myself and a first time installer missed a step but support from Drayton was excellent While on the phone they could see my config and point out the error immediately Another query done via email always gain answered promptly and helpfully System does exactly what I wanted and offers chance to improve my levels of control if I need to Thoroughly recommend Have always used Drayton heating controls and don t regret my decision to stick with them
