Mattress is awesome bedstead low quality

Mattress is awesome pressure points taken care of bed frame although looks good online does not have the quality like the mattress and is not available super king price up another bedstead before committing Great mattress

Still getting use to the bed

Still getting use to the bed At first it was a vast improvement on my old bed but doesn t seem quite so comfortable now but I have been away for a few weeks so will be trying the bed again now Very happy about the 365 day return policy which gives me reassurance

Very good quality A little firm

Decent mattress but you need to enjoy firm mattresses I m a side sleeper and my hips sometimes hurt a little but Dream cloud have agreed to send an additional pillow top cover which will apparently will provide that additional support

Not the most helpful delivery

The ordering and arranging delivery was simple and straightforward The lady I spoke to was helpful knowledgeable and friendly However when the delivery was made they dropped the mattress at the front door and wouldn t take it into the house My disabled daughter was left to struggle to try and get the box all 50 kg of it through the door and into the hallway on her own It would have taken less than 20 seconds for them to put the box inside out of the way but they refused Access was not a problem as the house is wheelchair adapted and is level and clear throughout Fortunately this was the only downside of the entire process

Company is great

Company is great great service easy delivery etc A good mattress I think for most people I just have a problem with rolling into the centre possibly we just two singles put together to solve our problem Otherwise everything great

A good mattress but softer than

A good mattress but softer than expected Having slept on it for several months I have become accustomed to it but my wife says there is not enough support She mentioned that she feels like you sink into it and then when you try to move it feels like you are in a depression No not a mental depression

Good mattress for a single sleeper

Good mattress for a single sleeper comfortable However if shared you can feel every move of the partner as mattress is very bouncy not ideal if you are light sleeper Not firm enough Too expensive in my opinion it s worth half of the price Customer service team have been in touch brilliant service and are sending me mattress enhancer which would hopefully reduce the motion transfer

Nothing wrong with the mattress it s

Nothing wrong with the mattress it s been very comfy to sleep on It was delivered to bedroom as delivery men said it d be too heavy for us to move ourselves and to be honest they wouldn t be far wrong The only negative was it arrived in a very tatty looking box sellotaped up at the ends with no paperwork included at all just the sealed mattress couldn t help but think that it was a repackaged return however customer service assured me they didn t do that offered 25 as compensation for the above but at the time did feel like returning it However it s better that what we had so overall a thumbs up

Mattress is great

Mattress is great really enjoying it so far Comfy and get a great night s sleep on it Only deducted one star due to the delivery guys who were a bit rude and had poor customer service Just a shame that they left a sour taste in an otherwise good transaction
