I was worried after seeing mixed reviews

I was worried after seeing mixed reviews about the company so contacted customer services for status updates they were very helpful and responsive on phone and e mails our mattress came within 4 days of ordering its a really nice mattress thank you for a great service emma sleep

Wonderful and comfortable

The mattress arrived about a week after we d ordered it but the box it was in was really heavy and we had take the mattress out in order to drag it up the stairs It would be useful to at least have hand holds or something on the box to more easily manoeuvre it Having said that the mattress is super comfortable and we love it Such a different experience sleeping on it as opposed to our old one Don t want to get out of bed in the morning

Very comfortable Easy to order kept informed When mattress arrived clear instructions on how to unpack and allow mattress to settle Took a couple of weeks for the odour to disappear but now fine

Great Product Great Company

Ordered king size mattress and it arrived 9 days later before the sheets I also ordered at the same time They kept me up-to-date all the way through the process The delivery personnel were friendly and professional The mattress took about 5 hours to fully fluff-up and once it did it s bliss Super comfy I d highly recommend this company I ve no idea where the bad reviews are coming from

I had a very soft mattress that was causing backache and it was a brand-new mattress so I didn t want to buy a new one I bought the Emma mattress topper and it has completely transformed my bed and made my very soft mattress slightly firmer It is so comfortable I been sleeping like a baby I m so happy I bought one also great customer service and really speedy delivery
