Used to love DB in-store shopping for work and play clothes but now that they are online it s totally a buyer beware Poor quality returns for Gift Card only and they try to trick you into a subscription for free shipping- a 9 99 monthly reoccurring charge Don t fall for it It s a complete rip off

Stay Away
Stay Away Items listed as available are out of stock When inquiring from their customer service department you receive many excuses such as this item was a pre-sale this item is in transit item in transit so we can not issue a refund It is now two weeks since I orderd and the item has disappeared from their website No longer need the item and I doubt if I will receive a refund after reading other reviews

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered three items from Dressbarn 2 arrived but the 3rd was cancelled by the supplier Dressbarn informed me they gave me a store credit I responded that I wanted a refund since the item was never sent I received an automated email that they have sent my request to support I never heard anything I ve sent multiple emails with no response I will never order from them again

The online Version of Dress Barn is a Scam
I was invited to a Christmas party 2022 and needed a red dress I found the perfect dress at Dress Barn online I ordered the dress to get to me in plenty of time but it NEVER arrived The charge for more than 150 appeared on my credit card but the dress was never shipped After many attempts to reach some one in customer service to no avail I am writing this review in the hopes of saving someone else this trouble After months and months I still do not have a dress or a refund There is absolutely no customer service at Dress Barn and in fact I believe the new online company is an absolute scam

If I Could Give No Stars I Would
I have purchased from Dressbarn for many years and was happy with the quality of their clothes until recently I received two tops that were absolute garbage and received a return label from them in October and sent the items back They received my returns in November I tracked the package Since November I have emailed them nine times with ZERO response and called on several occasions to just be put on hold forever until I finally hang up Their corporate office number listed online is the same phone line as customer service with no response from anyone After almost 4 months of being completely ignored I filed a claim with my bank and they are going to credit me my money back I will never order from them again

I ordered an item early January which
I ordered an item early January which came late the leggings were not what i expected at all I have attempted several times to email them to get these leggings returned for a FULL credit I was sent a confirmation to my initial email by a robot on 1 6 23 and that was the last i heard from them I then emailed 2 more times requesting my refund and still have not heard back Attempted to call the customer service number but that is no longer a valid number I will now file a fraud charge with my bank

This is a horrible company I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering It s been a complete nightmare DO NOT order anything from Dress Barn or any other company owned by Retail Ecommerce Ventures The lies told to customers by their employees is sickening Shame on all individuals involved

Dressbarn online is the WORST online
Dressbarn online is the WORST online ordering experience I ve ever had I ordered a size 10 straight leg capri Something evidently happened like a glitch in the ordering process because I received a size 4 capri with a dolphin hem How did it switch the order And I was never made aware that they do not refund credit cards or give paid return labels as do most other companies providing online ordering I don t want store credit I want a total refund for receiving the wrong merchandise I certainly don t trust them to send the correct item I will NEVER do business with Dressbarn again

I wish I could give a zero review About 60 of the clothes are decent the others poor quality fabric and or are I ll fitting When you return something you purchased on line in pristine condition with the tags still on because it didn t fit right THEY WILL NOT CREDIT BACK YOUR CREDIT CARD Store credit only I ve shopped at their brick and mortar stores for years but will not continue supporting a business that will not issue refunds in good faith

All Orders Final Sale
Dressbarn is under new management and NO LONGER ISSUES REFUNDS This effectively makes all items final sale which is NOT mentioned while ordering Who ever heard of an online clothing retailer that does not issue refunds You have to commit before you try on BUYER BEWARE
