I am still waiting a full refund for goods that have not arrived Other people have also commented on this website may be a SCAM company

I bought two dresses from this company back in March 2019 After weeks of waiting one arrived The second one has still not been received 23rd September 2019 I email them constantly and they apologise and promise a refund I ve still not received a refund STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Do not do business with this company The clothes are very poor quality and come from a distribution centre in the Midlands They are cheap and badly made They bear no resemblance to the photographs They insist returns must be made within a very tight time frame to China This is by tracked airmail and costs a fortune Items are sent separately so I ordered 4 dresses and they arrived weeks apart so I had four lots of airmail They make the returns process as difficult as possible Lots of emails that must be responded within so many days or they won t accept returns Eventually the four items were returned from China months later as the company hadn t bothered to sign for them Their whole business model is scamming people who give up trying to get their money back I still have the dreadful clothes in the packets from China Eventually got my money back but postage cost me around 40

Wish I had read reviews before ordering took months to get very cheap pieces of cloth supposedly dresses no return address so I have lost 46 Can nothing be done to stop this company

I followed the instructions to return three items and have yet had a response from the company I plan to involve my credit card company to dispute the charges as the items were very inferior in quality and make
