It is great item and I get fast but I order wrong size I got replacement it is very good the return package I paid by my self they said you got refunded but they are not paid me

Very poor return user experience The return process especially getting a label from their website is a mess and cumbersome process Very bad for any ecommerce store Yes you do not provide return labels the entire return process is a big mess I understand you want to keep your return rate down but this is not the way to do it by making the whole process a big mess for customers

My girlfriend bought me the MOISSANIET ETERNITY X RING - WITGOUD but I noticed that there was a stone missing from the ring and the ring had a more oval shape We already put out a return for a smaller sized ring before we saw the flaws So we shipped back the ring doing everything correctly with all the needing information but it s kind of hard getting response or an update on the situation of what the next step is Already reached out to customer services but the response time isn t that fast what I understand ofc but it is kind of frustrating because I really liked the ring because my girlfriend gave it to me Also the the package already had been delivered to the facility but when I check on the return page for the tracking details there it says that the tracking number is not findable which is weird So my question is what to do now my order number was 159110RMA NO R2024121305416799076
