Poor Customer Service - SCAMS

Like other services you are able to re-use theses kind of services so can find further tests if you fail but this service is 17 99 per test and they advertise as one charge for life no where do they mention it will be 17 99 everytime you do the following Unlimited testsNeed to keep moving your test That s fine We ll keep offering you driving test cancellations until you find one that suits you

It s a scam

It s a scam I signed in for their service and didn t hear any update for nearly 2 weeks while I saw many cancelations through Testi Then I changed the test day myself I requested a refund they rejected it A day later they sent me a message for a cancellation but I did it myself before they did it for me Now they just sent me a useless cancellation kept rejecting my refund Never use their service again as it s a waste of money

Do not use autobook

Unable to contact Driving Scout We had found a better driving test date so turned driving scout search to inactive but Driving Scout overrode this and found another date 3 weeks after the one I had already found There does not appear to be any customer service - just a load of bots and apps I am terrified that now they have my driving licence details they will change it again

Service doesn t work

Scum the service simply doesn t work at all Paid them 15 days ago and since there they didn t find any single slot for me whereas after I decided to use another service won t leave the name to not be biased the latter found a slot in just 2 days That s almost impossible to return your money since they refer to a 3 weeks term that should pass before you become eligible for a refund Of course I don t want to go on using their service when my exam is already scheduled on the day that suits me Be careful and don t use this service unless you want to lose money before utilising services that work

Absolute scam don t waste your money

Absolute scam don t waste your money Long and the short is they will not offer you dates matching your preferences usually giving less than 24 hours they do not honour the unlimited dates claim nor the refund one Instead choosing to just remove access to your account and replying to any complaints with one sentence emails They are literally just exploiting a broken system and people s need for tests

Do not use this company unless you want

Do not use this company unless you want to watch literally 20 plus tests pop up and disappear that match your search details but they fail to book When messaged was told it s my fault ans they are restricted to logging on a certain amount of times so if they do send you a test that doesn t work you then get nothing Cashing in on those who want to book a test did it ourselves through the Government website so a total waste of money

Do Not Use

I booked with Driving Scout and 6 weeks later had heard nothing so I emailed requesting to cancel this and get a refund 7 hours after this I received my first cancellation notification Driving Scout have refused to refund me as they say I am outside of their T Cs This is not the case and believe they are illegally refusing to refund me Do Not Use

They are liars They couldn t offer any suitable dates and would not give a refund even when there website clearly says that they will refund if we don t get any suitable dates This is extortion

AVOID NO DATE OFFERED NO REFUND

Didnt obtain a closer test date - we were registed for 6 months - which is fair enough Have asked for a refund as per their terms they have said refund would be issued and we are still awaiting
