Inconsistent and poor customer service

Have used driving scout a few times first was good and second have been messed around and haven t had a test for about 3 weeks You can t call them and the contact I do have with them is either a two word answer or just incorrect most of the time telling me I am on manual booking when I m not This exchange went back and forth for about 4-6 emails No effort to actually fix the situation or anwser any of my questions Should have gone with someone else

Please don t bother

Please don t bother Great if you get a cancellation test and pass If you fail your test you have to pay the site again Other apps offer unlimited tests Very disappointed

Worked once - not twice - 30 wasted

Booked okay the first time - second time absolutely useless sent me a cancellation which I had to accept for the next day before I woke up This also had the benefit for them of getting out of their refund policy I would recommend waking up at 6 in the morning on a Monday and trying mannually

Not that good with the current backlog

Not that good with the current backlog therefore if there are no cancellations it just doesn t work It only gives three centres I found a cancellation at another centre further away manually They were not interested in a refund as we did not let it run for three weeks as we found a test manually sooner All a bit odd really Would not recommend

Don t waste your money

Paid with no test nor contact date expired so I thought I would get my refund which I didn t When I went onto the site they had extended the search date without my knowledge at the moment I m waiting to see if I get anything if not I know I ve wasted my time so fingers crossed otherwise I ll be requesting my refund Update still no test so I will now request a refund don t waste your time and money

Be Clear Of What You Are Paying For

I have given a period of more than four weeks as my preferred time for a replacement driving test time for my daughter She was sent a text with a replacement time but the offer expired within 10mins and she could not accept it because she was in the middle of school and also the replacement time was not suitable for us She did not receive any other replacement times after that I asked for a refund since drivingscout did not manage to find me a suitable replacement time My refund request was turned down because drivingscout had managed to make me one offer So drivingscout only need to make one replacement time offer to reject any refund requests regardless of whether they have found a suitable time or not I do not think this is value for money

OK if you re flexible

I wouldn t use this service unless your calendar is completely free to take any test you re offered I had to turn down a few dates due to other commitments and ended up finding my own date only a week earlier than my original test date If you can be really flexible though this service is really good

This isn t really the best platform to find driving test dates although I live in Berkshire I managed to get dates from other platforms such as Driving test now Although it s not the date I requested I m still getting dates from that cancellation app Overall it s been almost a month and haven t got a date except from one which was the very next date Although thatwasn t the date I selected for Will be expecting a full refund

I got a cancellation about an hour

I got a cancellation about an hour after signing up Terrific service The only reason I haven t given 5 stars is because once a cancellation is found they don t look for a closer one But I don t know if similar companies do either If they don t then they re worthy of 5 stars
