Straightforward no issues

The app in very simple as there are not many options to choose from However it does get to work straight away as I have received a cancellation within ten minutes of registering However in the case You need to change the location follow the procedure released via email as it will have contact details on how to change the location as well as exclude any specific centres

Great service

Driving Test Genie found my son a cancellation 3 months earlier than the test he was able to book and kept looking for earlier cancellations too Unfortunately he failed but you don t have to pay out again you can restart the process for booking the next test too Great service and they are very responsive to emails too

Good Customer Service

They do try their best and have sent me only two test dates in a span of four months both of which i missed to reply in 10 mins On the bright side their customer service team is cooperative and has always been responsive within few hours of emailing them and so this gives me the confidence to recommend them

Have been able to get an earlier date with no pressure to respond to dates or times that aren t suitable Very long waiting times for tests in this area so very hopeful in DTG to get one even sooner Good customer service You do need to listen out for text notifications as only a ten minute window to respond this is working fine for me so far

I ve been offered so many alternative

I ve been offered so many alternative test dates and times over the last few months its been great to have a lot of choice I ve also had to move it back a few times due to work commitments and they are always great at helping action this The team are really quick to respond to any of my queries over email as well

An absolutely outstanding service

An absolutely outstanding service Laura Debra and Gemma - ladies you are stellar Test booked for Jan 19th moved to Nov10th Unfortunately I didn t pass but I rebooked for June which was first available date and already I ve got an earlier date for Feb Brilliant service for pennies

Some cancellations arose

I received three or four cancellations at fairly short notice but unfortunately was not able to organise with driving instructor If you are taking your own car this would not be an issue Cancellations were fairly close to my own test date so kept my own slot Also contacting Genie with any issues has been a good experience They always respond very promptly Thanks

Does the job

Good customer service - they respond very quickly by email to requests to change eg test centres or the dates you re searching for The app itself isn t interactive it s basically just a screen showing what you ve confirmed and what you are looking for We used Genie a couple of years ago for another family member and it was effective

They have given us a couple of new dates none of them have suited so far but I feel they ll come up with something soon
