Solid Service

It s a solid service but the amount of bookings you receive is extremely rare I m not if it s either how many times they check for test dates or if it s just the fact that test dates aren t available Customer support is good

Great way of getting test cancellations

Great way of getting cancellations when it is impossible to search yourself With the huge backlogs of tests it is the only way of getting tests in a reasonable timeframe anywhere near home

Brought Forward 1 Month

So far so good brought my test forward a month after c3 weeks since joining Just don t like the blackmail of an express service if I leave a review here on Google or the Apple App Store

The app seems to do what it says on the tin Managed to get a cancellation much closer to home and within a couple of weeks of signing up Fingers crossed it won t be needed again

Very helpful service

They are very quick at responding to queries and have advised that I should change the test date and location I am now getting more options so am expecting to get a test date that suits very soon

Responsive to emails

Great response to any emails with questions The app is basic but it works well and we were offered some cancellations the first time so we are using it again for the resit

Not all available slots come up but customer services helpful

Very simple interface Even with the paid version for 17 99 it seems to me that compared to finding tests yourself through the DVSA website alerts through the app are slow to come in if even they come in at all However the customer service is very helpful and quick to help out If you want to add another test centre you have to email them as it is not possible through the app

I ve used the app for sometime now

I ve used the app for sometime now It usually sends cancellations whenever they become available The customer support is usually very fast in responding whenever you need an update

This is great but be patient whilst waiting for cancellations

We got a cancellation test through Driving Test Genie a month earlier than the scheduled driving test We had less than 24 hours notice but it was fine as my son felt ready to take the test We were really pleased that we had used them It s useful to know that we were signed up with them for 2 months before we heard anything at all as the tests are very booked up so be patient

App is slightly clunky unable to change test date centre on the app for example but the customer care team are very prompt and helpful in replying
