I have been a member of DuGood Credit Union since the 1970 s My father was an employee and charter member I have had many loans from DuGood home equity many car loans and personal loans She offered me a personal no collateral loan but the car as collateral with a lower interest rate was the better deal Loan officer Cara Bryant is one of the nicest most polite and professional employees DuGood has She explained everything to me emailed me the information I would need explained the terms and created the perfect loan for me I can t say enough great things about her I went to the Nederland office on Nederland Avenue and the employee there finished the process in a timely manner

I had such a great experience with DuGood This was my first time applying for an auto loan and my advisor Kristin was such a big help She answered all my questions and was very quick to respond with any follow up information I d highly recommend DuGood
