Rented a car in Leeds Bradford airport My experience start to finish was excellent My flight was delayed that was no problem when I rang them I called them when my flight landed they arrived to pick me up straight away Getting my car was a seamless process just took a few minutes No problems with the car Returning the car was also a seamless process and I was taken back to the airport straight away The staff were so helpful and pleasant at all times I would definitely use easirent again and recommend them to my friends Thank you easirent

I had a wonderful experience at Easirent IAH Houston Fama was so helpful in helping us get from the airport to the hotel where Easirent is located The shuttles runs every 30 minutes which worked out well for my family and I We called once we collected our bags and that gave us enough time to get to the terminal for the shuttle All of the agents were friendly and ready to assist The line was long but that was by fault of the customers in the office not being prepared at the counter or unhappy with the policies of the company I mean every company has their own policies

I took a small getaway with my best buddy we were both on a budget and looking for an affordable rental car An agent named Raquel at the Easirent in St Petersburg Clearwater Florida location assisted us When we arrived at the rental office she stated that they were waiting on a car to return we had already pre-registered and paid for a car She was very polite and professional and made us her top priority She quickly made a few calls and had us a car to get us on our way I have dealt with many rental agencies but Raquel went above and beyond for her customers and made us feel valued and appreciated and because of her I will definitely be a repeat customer She needs to be commended for her swift actions because she really saved the start of our vacation PLEASE convey my message of thanks to Raquel for her sweet demeanor and professional work ethic she is one of your best assets
