The worst service ever

The worst service ever I sent a package and i paid for a special delivery for up to 5 days to arrive and after a week the parcel just left UK When i asked what is going on the agent said that sorry but we didn t promised you nothing dont worry the parcel will be there in 10 days anyway What a bad and unprofessional thing I noticed that this is going for years at this company and nobody is doing something at least one of the managers should take action and solve this issues but i dont thing they have one Worst company for international delivery

Do no use this service

Very poor service - my pachage has arrived opened badly repackaged and cut with a knife I sent a Samsonite luggage wrapped then placed in a carton box as per the guidelines - they refused to pay any damages even if it was obvious the luggage was cut on purpose with a knife Horrible service and very poor service Would not recommend this company ever again to anyone

Stolen goods Small claims court

None of their staff speaks any English and I had to go through the small claims court to get 550 back for a few items they have stolen from my package When the package arrived it was opened and damaged Upon questioning the delivery driver only said that they do not steal things at this company then rushed away All electronics were removed including an Echo Studio Luckily this was registered to my account and I could use this to prove that the Echo was turned on and geo-located days before they delivered the half empty parcel

Do not touch with a bargepole

No zero stars are available unfortunately Pick up Driver blamed me for road works and being late packaging too large should I cut my stereo system in two Absolutely no shame in talking to clients like that

Company offers no refund for undersized packages

Company quotes terms and conditions as to why they refuse to refund 80 from a 200 order where the items were measured correctly but the weight was less than declared They would have charged me extra tax if the parcel was heavier so why not give the customer back their money to make it fair No coupon for future use given no refund I m pretty much going to look elsewhere for the rest of the items I was planning on sending home with another company that s not a thief Lost a future customer and I hope this review will open up other people s eyes about the kind of business you run 1 5 stars

A nightmare experience

A nightmare experience most part of my parcels arrived damaged dirty and when a made a complaint they said it s my fault because of the packaging Drivers collecting your stuff are basicaly throwing your parcels in the vans They changed the original packaging of one of my parcels with another one with no consent stuff missing Absolutely appaling I am trying to avoid a depression at the moment

After 6 years they went down the hill

After 6 years they went down the hill Year by year the services became worse and worse until I had to stop using them Made an appointment for a pick up got called that I need to pay some extra taxes - although it wasn t specified on their website agreed to pay it although it didn t made that much sense only to get a call from the driver that we waits for me outside to drop my parcel so much for the door to door services because the company won t let him enter the building Hilarious services with a waste of money and a waste of time
