Stay well away they sub out every stag very stressful Go directly to a training centre and register yourself with best connections be much cheaper and less stres very poor company no where near what they tell you before they take your money

Do Not Use Go direct to your local training provider and save yourself a lot of money and energy My experience started badly as I was offered a course with booked dates and my life scheduled around it As the date got nearer I kept chasing joining instructions that were not forthcoming I got fobbed off so many times by different people it was ridiculous When I spoke to the bookings team they had no idea what booking I was talking about At the 11th hour I then got told they had double booked me and my course was cancelled I then got offered new dates at a local company Once I got allocated to the local company who have been great by the way their website offered the training test and pass protection for 1800 I paid over 3K for an inferior product Easy As HGV reduced the number of reverse training hours and refresher training hours compared to the training school at a 50 premium to the cost Save yourself a lot of money and energy by using your local training school and booking directly

Paid deposit was told everything was included Then had to pay medical eyesight examinations Then told there s extra to pay but these are not disclosed as it scares people off there own words I ve asked for a refund as it felt like a scam No replys nor refund 300 deposit gone for nothingCheapest is not always the best as I found out

I was conned into signing up with this agency to take my HGV test After signing their contract I discovered they don t use a company local to where I live so had to travel to forty miles to do the artic training and test Once I passed they said they couldn t find me work because I didn t have a year s experience Total waste of time and money

The truck they used was too old power steering not functioning well the truck broke down en route to what meant to be the reversing site spent close to an hour fixing itOn the reversing site no lines there were cars coming through the 4hours I was charged turned to just 30 minutes as I did only one reverse trial This was one very bad experience hence the money I paid and that I have an an assessment coming

They Promise a recruitment service at the end of the course but yet again they don t offer like a normal recruitment service they tell you to sigh up to a job alert website NOT WHAT WAS TOLD OR PROMISED BEFORE BOOKING A VERY BIG DISSAPOINTMENT IF YOU COMPLAIN YOUR COMPLAINT WONT MATTER AS THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE FCA AVOID AT ALL COST USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER

I did my training with this company to find out that they were a broker when asked they told me they have their own trucks and schools which is not true They are very aggressive with their approach and very quick to take your money but not so quick to help when you have a issue

Total scam I was told if I paid the course in full 3k I would get training that would lead to a job As soon as I committed to paying the fee I was told I had to pay for my medical although that was the only additional cost I would need to pay After passing my test I learned I would need to do a mod 2 or CPC as well as a mod 4 before I could find employment neither was covered in the fee I paid apparently My latest phonecall to easy as hgv was laughable as despite the fact I had to pay money to do my mod 2 out of my own pocket which I was told should have been covered they wouldn t help me with study material unless I paid an extra 400 The extra 400 was broken down to pay for the mod 2 and 4 I was told I have paid 23 for mod 2 and priced mod 4 at 150 So they expect you to pay double After pricing locally in my area if I had paid for my training from an hgv training provider I could have saved over 1k pounds Seriously best to avoid Easy as hgv is effectively the just eat for people looking to be an hgv driver look for an independent training provider yourself and you ll save a lot of money as that s who you ll probably end up with anyway These people are merely a broker who take a large commission for putting you in touch with the actual company who ll train you
