paid 2170 for course iv not done had no trainging and wanting to cancle as no time for the corse and there only give me 300 back wouldnt recomend this company as they try rip you off i did contact that team they did nothing for me said they cant refund it so you taken 180 of me for doing nothing joke of a company

Thank you for your Reply but as you can see from your previous message you have said that you done a job search and update my c v But as I ve stated Ive never sent my c v or any contact with your recruitment te and now your new reply says I need to send my c v Soyou was obviously lying in the last reply You have not actually done a job search updated my c v so like I said you have not resolved my complaint and everyone can see what sort of company this easyashgv is

100 avoid Asked for quote to begin with and although the broker I spoke with was friendly the price started rising after paying a deposit Pass protection added for additional money promised cover for two tests When l failed the reverse it didn t cover anything they took more money from me and just flat out lied that the 2nd pass protection was still in place Only to tell me after that is was forfeited I directly asked if after paying the extra money I d still have cover in place two different agents told me that it would be My advice is take your time and avoid all brokers Find a driving school pay direct and forget the middle people sNeil stevens

OK to start with to get my money I was promised a FULL refund if I failed the medical Unfortunately I failed the medical and after long tedious communication with a very uncooperative customer care department I was forced to accept a reimbursement of the amount paid - 200 However since writing this review I have now been reimbursed in full

If you change your mind and request a refund they take a 80 canx fee even if you have not used any services Driver salaries are not 40 50k as advertised More realistic starting pay is 25 30k and it s hard to get a job noting there is no longer a driver crisis

I did mine in 2018and fought this for 2 years but thought I could write a review to warn people Easy as HGV sell you products that you don t need Don t buy extra CPC courses like I did when booking your HGV courses Once you do the module 4 that covers you for 5 years I was told the extra course would cover me for 10 years which is a lie By the time I did my theory courses and started the practical stuff 2 months had passed and that s when I was told by an instructor that s not how it works so I contacted Easy as HGV and they said sorry you get 14 days to cancel and that time has elapsed You get 1 year to book the extra course so you still have 4 years left Why would you do another 5 year course so close It should not be sold as you can t hold more than 5 years at a time By doing this course it just starts your 5 years again Even if you only did a course a week before You can t hold 10 years CPC which is how it was sold to me They prey on new passes who are likely to not know this until it s too late to cancel I was fuming as it s clearly aimed at new drivers who wouldn t know they don t need it until after the time had elapsed Scam

Wouldn t use them at all my experience is that they got me in a training place and I had not 1 not contact since They do not help you through the course as they stated quite the opposite when ever you question them they just want either more payment or they don t want to even help I d personally would run clear don t use a third party company and go direct all they want is your money and give you zero support And yes talking from experience and recent

Keep well away This company dragged their feet through the whole process to the point they ran down the clock and then decided that they would picket my money and refused to book my son s test I had also paid extra for a repeat test in case he failed the first one My advice is to keep well away In reply to The customer services I would be happy to update this review should the company fulfil their obligations so far their responses have been sub par

Please avoid at all costs I have paid the best part of 2 grand with this company and they just keep asking for more I booked with them a year and a half ago We were on the agreement that I would pay off the remainder of what I owe in the year I paid it off on July 31st I was told I have another year now to book my 4 day course I was deliberately mislead I phoned today to book my course and suddenly they re asking for an extra 376 because they now say I only had 12 months to complete module 2 4 of my CPC Even though they lead me to believe that I had another year SCAMMERS

Very disappointed with the lack of communication I left an enquiry a 4 days ago and also sent them an email requesting cours information and prices It has now been 4 days and I only have been send an automated email response to say they ve received my request Supposedly the best training company in the country and can t even get back to me
