I thought I was happy with the service but I couldn t afford the insurance in case I didn t pass first time and was told without it I would have to wait for a retest so I booked myself a retest and hired a truck then was told by the SALES team that they now couldn t help me find a job Everything that I paid for from them I could have gotten cheaper online they are not a training company they are a scam they take your money and then book your training and test through other companies doing nothing themselves apart from adding to the cost I have not been happy with this service and feel like they have scammed me

Disappointed completely If I had known to go directly to the trainer rather than a third party I could have saved myself 700 Also my mod 4 booking was never made and I arrived at the training centre with noone there to complete the mod 4 with Also I was told that I would be given help and a placement into a job once training was completed This didn t happen they sent me a link to CV library with lorry driving jobs I was also told that it would be easy to get into the industry which is a lie I cannot get any work as I have not had enough experience I was under the impression that easy as hgv would help in the field I am thoroughly disappointed and could have saved myself alot of money and hassle if I have never done it

I previously wrote a review for this company for 5 stars this was after lots of phone calls from themselves asking me to leave a review while I was still studying for my theory tests I did do the 4 day course which included the cpc at a cost of around 2500 and only got 3 days of training before the test when I was promised 4 days then the test also only got 3-4 hours over the 3 days So after I failed the main driving part I waited over 3 WEEKS for a new test date to be booked and was offered one but had to decline it due to me starting a new job Since then I tried calling a few times but no one picked up the phone and everything was done via email I have since cancelled everything with them and looked to find a different company to try and finish my truck tests

I have been doing my training with this company for months They did not provide me with the training material I would have had to pay 21 00 for the training material even though they had been paid for the training I ended up downloading the app which was cheaper They never included my driver s CPc which as far as I was aware was included in the package I m now having to run around looking for a training company to complete my driver s CPC Like most companies out there today only concerned about money grabbing

Wrong information about completion Due to being ill and would not reschedule had to pay again for date missing Also Very expensive to rebook Shop around can find better deals for less than half the cost I personally will never use again

I rather enjoyed the course as I havnt done much classroom work in a while Steve the facilitator was easy to understand and had his own ways to get the information to stick in your head Very informative and covers important topics which all drivers should know

For me the whole process wasn t the best when I booked the course I spoke to one person who informed me he ll be with me through the whole process and if I need anything to contact him Couple occasions I tried but had no luck Was soon passed onto others when things started to move I would use another company to book your training if honest but you live and learn

TLDR I passed but very unprofessional Unkept assurances Disorganised Hidden expenses and costly Cannot recommend 2990 was the initial price Then came the pass protection 400 Then came the CPC 500 Was promised That Was It But later on found out I had to pay 100 for CPC protection and 50 for medical not including fuel expenses along the way Was promised employment after Nope Was promised I d be in contact with the same person throughout the whole process Nope Never heard back from him after trying to contact him The 6 day paid training only covered 4 days apparently My instructor often fell asleep Arrived at 8am for training and had to wait 2 hours for them to show up Bear in mind I had no contact information and only one email admin who could help me 2 stars is for the pass somehow and the lovely admin woman Charlotte who managed to sort out my training for me and contact other people Honestly thank God for her otherwise I was completely lost Cannot recommend find a cheaper more reliable company

First this company very expensive compared to other companies they dont do anything different than other companies this guy who from this company i paid the all this money for my class one license lies so much hes name Mehrab he talks with u very nicely and with confidence but soon u pay the money he dont want to kno you as i rang him few time after to get help as he promised he always there which is he never want to speak with me after i paid he lies me bout job how much i can get paid after pass my class one license which is he said 45 to 50000 year i never checked it was my foult and he said all lies first wen u pass license every company want experience which is this guy said to me i dont need experience that was another lie for class one training this company give u onle 4 day as they said 6 day cos 5th day ur Reversing test and 6th day ur practical test so remember its only 4 day which is nothing for new drivers they promise u to find job which is no effort at all they send me one or two cheap wages paying company which is you dont want to do it as class one u can get paid gud money its all u have to put effort to find job as you gone struggle as cos we holding new license and its very hard to find job so don t listen to this company they just want ur money and after that u have to struggle to pass ur license and find job so find any different cheap company as they all do same job dont pay them to as they very expensive
