One of the many poor bad features about ebay that has been remarked on by many other reviews is the fact that they want the buyer to have a good experience even if it is at the expense of the seller An example I have personally come across is a buyer who has not paid for three items and did not respond to my messages I wanted to post a negative review to warn others particularly when I found out that they had done the same thing before But ebay prohibits this so the buyer can bid on as many things as they like and then decide if they will pay for any with no penalty eBay quotes the usual mantra about Data Protection even if a negative review simply stated the facts

Yesterday I was looking for an exercise bike for my cousin I went to the cart page to get the total for the bike I did not touch the final payment button to actually order the bike So I thought nothing of it The next morning my bank account was 39 in the hole and the bike was already bought and shipped and I was unaware of it So I had to hurry to my bank to get enough money put in there Luckily I got there in time before the bank charged me the 39 overdrawn fee But I hope my cousin will be satisfied with this bike that got ordered It might not be the one she really wanted It was around the same price though I tried to contact e-bay directly about it but it was like going around in circles trying to get a hold of them I was pretty mad because I could not contact e-bay about it I told the seller what happened to me But I think the seller just hoped I get the bike for sure So I hope I don t have to end up having to ask for a refund for the bike because she may not be satisfied with it So it was a real drag that I could not contact ebay about even anything I even pretended like I was calling about fraud and still could not get through to ebay customer service Be real careful when your on ebay wanting to buy something otherwise ebay can sneak around and make you buy something with you being unaware of it

Update - eventually received payment via eBay from sender who made a claim against DHL Germany who I assume claimed against Parcel Force - what a mess - I did not receive the post fee however Item purchased off eBay Germany shipped by DHL de and handled in UK by parcel force Item not delivered as reported on Parcel force site Ebay not interested in honouring the money back guarantee as the parcel force web site says its been delivered

Having difficulty getting a response from Ebay about imitation flashlights that were sold to me Fashlights were supposed to be by Cree but the ones I received were copies So far Ebays only response has been to offer the seller contact me about a refund and take no action about the seller As a long time buyer on E bay I am very disappointed

Disappointed with Ebay tried several times to check my purchases however all i keep getting is How many Buses can i see verification process and its annoying when you have done it so many times in the one session Was signed in but to do anything else you have to verify yourself time and time and time again as it does not progress and you keep going around and around Not happy ebay and i buy a great deal through you couple of hours later and i still cant get in no mechanism with ebay to complain to them extremely annoying

For starters I m a sort of new seller so eBay will definitely not side with me when it comes to any issues I have to wait for 3 days after item is delivered just for me to receive my money etc Anyways Shipped an item to a buyer recently auction for well under retail of item I get a message from buyer a couple days after it says it was delivered That there s all these crazy damages and it looks like someone dropped it big hole in back frame doesn t hold screen in place I ask kindly for more pictures of claims but buyer avoided any requests I had He sent me 2 pictures of what he wanted me to see it was hard to even tell if the item he took pictures of was even the one I sent because it was literally zoomed in pictures of a single spot But anyways ebay then notified me buyer requested a refund And because I m a new seller ebay will guarantee buyer gets full refund even if I have proof the claims made are FALSE

I don t use the company much but have now been scammed by two of the sellers One opened a new packet and took one from the set and the other sent 12 items 9 of which were damaged not in shipping I think Virtually every time I tried to log into the ebay site it declined stating technical issues

its alright but i wouid use amazon as they are more reliable and legit

bought some clothes on eBay honestly speaking not bad but not as I thought
