I use ebay de all the time to purchase gifts for my friends in Germany Decent support

I THINK EBAY IS FANTASTIC ANYTHING I VE BROUGHT FROM THERE HAS ALWAYS ARRIVED ON TIME AND VERY OFTEN NO CHARGE FOR DELIVERY

I have had very good customer service from some sellers exceptional customer service I only ever had one seller on eBay called My shoe store I purchased some trousers of them and they sent short leg instead of long leg I was shocked with the response they asked for photo evidence they had sent wrong ones they wouldn t refund for weeks had real fight I posted them back to them for refund never ever received refund for postage package back they were so rude awful seller wouldn t recommend anyone buying from them they are iawful tell lies to want your sake but no after service at all should be banned from selling eBay itself stepped in and refunded me trousers there help was brilliant I buy lot from eBay I try to keep with sellers who offer a great service as they deserve my custom I would recommend EBay they have always offered me great customer service Thankyou EBay

It offers a great variety but I do not like that PayPal is basically the only way to pay and they charge all those fees especially the sellers Still a good place to sell and buy

I like eBay I have had a lot of bargains really good items from nice truthful honest sellers but it s the people that are not honest that are making it bad I ve had counterfeit items sent to me with the seller saying different it makes me angry how people can get away with robbing people and being really dishonest selling items that are just rubbish with untruthful listings eBay need to get rid of these people to make it a nicer safer place for people to shopI can understand it s hard to detect these people at first but people reporting these sellers should get them kicked of fast but eBay need to realise it s against the law to sell counterfeit items and more should be done Will still buy off there as like I said there are some really nice honest people just trying to make a few quid being honest

I use Ebay quite frequently usually to buy items but have also sold items I find it an excellent way to pick up some really good bargains and have personally had no issues Everything I have brought has been as described and I have brought some used items that look brand new I have also sold items and never had any issue It is an excellent way to save a few pounds on pricey Xbox 360 games and baby toys The only reason it hasn t received 5 stars is because I am still quite wary about being sold dodgy items and do not like that anyone can write anything on your feedback I also haven t received feedback on some items that I have purchased But all in all a fab place to pick up bargains and most sellers are genuine

I do like Ebay It s nice to buy goods off of other people that are selling old or sealed things a person may want One man s trash is another man s treasure Shame all the old stuff is 100 s of pounds
