conflict with vendor product was stuck at customs so ebay froze conflict its been 2 months edit 60 days later the conflict was still frozen I contacted support they instantly fully reimbursed me added 2 stars but that long delay is not acceptable ebay must make a drastic change on vendor selection

If you wan t to sell anything it s a dead zone But maybe you will be lucky with antiques I had one seller sort of verbally attacking me I report him to Ebay and he is still there no warnings nothing My tip is to always use nickname to protect yourself from some nasty men

Delivery has got the pitfalls I ve bought the MacBook PRo 15 2015 16RAM 1536MB GPU 500SSD a month ago According to the offer conditions the delivery is free But when after month of waiting i ve got the message the macbook arrived to the postoffice 50 EUR for delivery is it a joke D Thanks God the guy who sold me the good made the refund for the delivery as he thought it was fee too I like your platform but please make a transparent process of purchasing the goods

Its good because they sell older stuff and stuff amazon wouldn t sell but its annoying because a lot of features are disabled and whats the point what if I wanted to send something with someone else

Used to love eBay used it for years as a buyer and a seller for second hand private interactions not as much the shops The feedback were very valuable and customers service usually fast and efficient in case of issue Now sellers can cancel you orders without any justification or even notifying you it has happened to me on 2 occasions recently after a few days of waiting already leaving me without time to consider other options On top of this you can no longer leave a feedback as a buyer if a seller cancels your order or as a seller if a buyer never pays you You do get refunded but it s an open door to people not taking it seriously Isn t the auction a legal binding I ve used Ebay for years the feedbacks were what made transactions trustworthy now it s a gamble maybe you ll get someone serious but if not too bad you be wasted your time and other opportunities to buy or sell to someone else
