I was really surprised to read the other reviews on here because my experience has been so different I d never ordered from Fnac for delivery abroad but since the product I wanted was out of stock here I decided to try Fnac I placed my order yesterday afternoon so wasn t expecting to receive it for a few days Well I received it this morning So this was in effect next day delivery My parcel was managed by Chronopost and delivered locally by DHL and the parcel tracking system was super accurate Customer service was also great when I contacted them to add some delivery instructions for the courrier So all in all this was definitely 5 stars and I will definitely be ordering again from Fnac
