Customer Service was good but I never
Customer Service was good but I never got my product and was offered a refund I ordered the Generator on Amazon and my first shipment was lost by the carrier then after a week of customer research they said they would send out a replacement The replacement was also supposedly lost by the carrier Both times I contacted the carrier and they said that a label was created but they never got the package Ultimately I got my refund and a 50 gift card for removing my review from Amazon

Fast shipping
Fast shipping but missing parts on ref Products No response from support Support could be better in general from my experience No answer or delayed answer after weeks and then you have about 24h to try out or the case gets closed They need to work on there for sure The devices are usually ok

EDIT Moved to three stars because the equipment is very good I did get things sorted but it did takes 3 weeks instead of the promised 3-7 days and only When i initiated a case with PayPal I would begrudgingly use again as the product is very good from my experience Basically ordered delta 2 Max and alternator charger was given tracking for delta 2 max what arrived was only the alternator charger and no delta 2 max the charger box was small but labelled as the delta 2 on sipping label and showing a weight of 26kgs which it clearly wasn t got through to customer services they said this happens all the time and to wait if I wanted it sooner then to order a second unit and refuse delivery of the first one when it arrives which I did

Where is customer support
Where is customer support Just purchased a Delta2 with Bluetooth issue and cannot get any response from Ecoflow Waiting in Queue for online chat just keeps disconnecting and no response to e-mails If we can t get any support in the first week what chance of the warranty being honoured No longer trust the products or company Edit Having managed to contact customer support they agreed return of product and refunded promptly

payment system problem not corrected in a year
I had a payment problem caused by the ECOFLOW system last year and had to use a bank transfer Nothing has been sorted out and after nearly giving up i got them to set up another payment this year How many Standard bank potentual clients are Ecoflow losing because of their payment system

verwirrende Zustellung
The entire delivery consisted of three parts the inverter the battery and the connection cable However this was not clearly indicated for me The inverter and the battery arrived together During assembly I then realised that the connecting cable was missing Only after contacting the friendly customer service department was I informed that a third parcel would be coming So I had to wait almost a week for the connection cable to arrive The assembly then worked without any problems The system now works very well except that there are always connection problems

Bought the wave 2 ac with battery and
Bought the wave 2 ac with battery and free window kit only to find out ecoflow does not have the battery or window kit in stock Paid for the items 6 14 received the ac on 6 21 only to find out on 6 24 I won t receive the battery or window kit until mid to late July I wouldn t of paid the 1199 if I knew it ll take that long I have bought 3 other eco flow products that work very well I want to keep buying eco flow so hopefully they can either fix their shipping issues or let customers know on the website they re out of stock before spending hard earned money on their products

Worked with EcoFlow on warranty issues on refurbished delta pro and 220 w biracial panel transport bags While the service on delta pro was a bit confusing but good the travel bags zipper issues were not address and have more zippers failing with no response to last email trying to resolve Was told the correct dept would respond and requesting patience no response at all to this day and now have more defective transport bags With the amount of time and money spent ultimately this is not acceptable

Horrible return process otherwise quite nice
As long as you don t want to return anything the order worklfow of ecoflow is as simple as it gets However if you do want to return something it gets really annoying You have to contact them via mail but their responses seem to be translated or something the like because there is no call to action even though there should be The sentences in their communications are formed as statements yet they need your confirmation to proceed with the return process After 4 to 5 mails i received the return label for my package and am still waiting for the money The money by the way won t be refunded fully They will subtract some fees for this and that Unusual and very unpleasant
