Package never arrived and zero communication

My package was lost or stolen as it was delivered overnight and left on our front door step outside on the path for anyone to take I was then told by the courier company that they logged it as lost and that I should contact the company to arrange a redeliver or refund myself I then emailed twice and called no answer but left a message twice but with no answer 4 attempts at contact over the course of a week I have had zero contact from the company Not good enough I would not buy from them again

Avoid

Avoid Go to Thansen I needed a replacement part for my gears and ordered from ecykelhjelm They sent me the wrong part and refused to acknowledge their mistake or send me the correct part

Crappy after sales service

I ordered a helmet and all seemed Ok but it still hasn t arrived after a week I emailed customer services and no response - will keep trying

Made an order paid no news for 9 days After I wrote them a message 2 days later they say they can t deliver the order
