Unsatisfactory service

I have ordered H vding 3 Cykelhjelm Airbag plus insurance for it on Saturday 13 June 2020 Until Tuesday 16 June I did not even receive an order confirmation Calling them I found out the email could not be delivered to my personal inbox - fair enough Upon trying it with my work mail address I have received the order confirmation only the PDF file no text whatsoever - also fair enough From then on I have not heard anything at all However quick delivery is assured on their website I understand it can take longer as expected due to corona virus etc But please communicate it then Now after 10 days I have cancelled my order without any problem This was confirmed within not even ten minutes which just shows my order was not even taken care of yet Two stars because I have gotten support and my cancellation was confirmed But I most probably not place an order on their web shop again Sad actually The money is reserved on my bank account Hope it will not get deducted
