Me personally I did not enjoy my trip

Me personally I did not enjoy my trip Regardless of how interesting it was to sight see their execution was not there The company does not communicate well and has very bad time management The restaurants they booked us were horrendous We seemed to be in the bus longer than we were in the visiting places Bus rides were more than an hour long and we had no air conditioning while in 80 heat We had several problems with the hotels they messed up our room organization and there was always something wrong with the rooms It was either the air conditioner didn t work or our shower water came out dirty We were supposed to visit the Warner Brothers Studio and couldn t because EF never bought the group tickets Our tour guide was not doing their job and was barely present I would not recommend this company ever our trip to Europe was unenjoyable

Dodge a bullet

I have paid a partial but significant amount of money for my daughter to participate in the study aboard program scheduled for May 2023 SK plus a pricey round-trip flight from the US In attempts to pay the balance I can t make contact with ANYONE During the registration process Annie was in constant consistent contact Now with 2000 paid Crickets I can t get anyone on the phone and NO ONE respond s to emails or voicemail messages Maybe I just partially avoided a scam and or the worst possible scenario for my 17 yo daughter Wish I had found the trustpilot site months ago for more balanced reviews than we were finding prior Yes I want my s back Diane Wright

Lack of payment for the host family

We are host family for EFAnd very bad communication After no reply whatsoever they respond to my review on trustpilot sounding as they are there to helpCustomer service phone number nobody answer Email are not read and no reply I contacted Eastbourne EF by email and I was just ignored Very bad customer service EF you need to learn that host family are not getting rich by hosting You should treat the host family with a little bit more respect

My national agency was not helpful and didn t know when and where I go The national agency should have a better planning before the course starts I spent 4 years with planning my trip to Seoul but then i didn t get any schedule sobI couldn t plan any trips in Korea when I was free from school

Extremely corrupt company BEWARE

Extremely corrupt company Beware They LIE STEAL your money don t refund and DISAPPEAR once you have paid the total amount Very powerful company and strong in fake promises communication Beware that s a TOTAL LIE DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS they are very likely to be bought If you want to learn the language or experience life abroad there are way better options that trusting your money to EF PLEASE DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM

This is the second time to write the review Some of The teachers are good but the academic coordinators a bit racist if you are Arabic or moslim you won t reach any high level n u have to fight for your rightsThe school good in organising parties and any other activities but in academic wise they are not near to be fair The school not good choice for Moslems or Arabs you will be judged and you need to stay strong against the racism some of the staff are not well behaved disrespectful You need to think not just twice you need to think hundred times just to google FYI they keep deleting my comments

Spamming your inbox and phone call

I unsubscribed to their email while their website says We will delete your email and phone informations I don t receive ads mail anymore but i m still being contacted by their employees to talk about my education plans while I told them that I wasn t really sure at first due to the cost I blocked their first employee who spam my email and phone call but now I have a new guy who tries to contact me Is this the method EF use everyday until they get what they want If I don t give any reply to your mail or calls it means I m still not interested

Privileged brats with no manners

I live in Oxford Yesterday I had a bunch of mostly Italian EF oxford summer schoolers assaulting me and harassing me in the street this happens a lot actually Why on earth would you behave like this on holiday These kids are rich and nasty they are absolutely evil and harass citizens I was followed by a group of about 9 of them threatening to beat me up Disgusting privileged brats

They just don t give me the money back

I have paid for a study trip in the UK right before covid so I could not go in 2020 because of the pandemic so much later they gave me a voucher with the money that I could use with them or get the money back I am trying to get my money back since then They simply keep delaying it and say that I have to wait more to receive the money back I am getting extremely tired It has been more than 2 years now
