A very mixed experience

My 17-year-old daughter really enjoyed the language classes and excursions On the other hand the accommodation was dirty and she was bitten by bed bugs at the end of her stay In addition she made a mistake in entering the airport for the return and the shuttle dropped her off at the wrong airport but I think it is a lack of seriousness on the part of EF not to double-check this kind of thing especially for minors She had to take a taxi in the end panicked at the thought of missing her flight Not sure if I would renew a stay with EF it was a first for us as we had better experiences with other providers

All teachers are very friendly and they help often The lessons are verry interesting but the discipline somtimes are not so good Someones peoples come to late or the lesson starts not on time Evry day we loost much of time The EF accomodation is fine The cleaning staff sometimes comes to the room up to 4 times at 7 a m It would be nice if that didn t happen at this time

I would have preferred if only one

I would have preferred if only one person would have worked on my offer because I received the offer multiple times from different people I would have had enough time to wait a few business days in case someone would not have been available

Overall good experience

The experience is amazing you get to meet amazing new people maybe friends that ll stay forever But the lessons could be way better you can talk with the staff to improve them but still it is quite chaotic and lots of people aren t in the right level the residence in brighton is not that good compared to the price payed and a few more things The best thing is still the people both friends and staff and brighton is one of the best places to go in my opinion

Ist s important to make Friends from other countrys so that you can learn from them when you cannot learn from your Host family

My geratest experience was the class with Andrew where I learned a lot But my Host Family was actually Not good in any way They were friendly but Just the mother Talks a little Bit english wich is why I couldn t learn from them The food was very bad as well I had to eat so much fast food wich I found very disgusting

My highs and lows in Auckland

I met a lot people around the world it is nice that the school has driferent cultures The classes was good sometimes boring some teachers are bether than others The iternational day was in my opinion not a great idea the day was very fun and everything was realy good But at this week i learnd not much because we had the most time ondly prepeard All in one it was a realy good experience i would it do again for the first time but i would not do it for a second When i had a problem the staff people wher olways there and every singel person who works there is very friendly and funny Thank you

Everything they offer pays off we can nevertheless feel the affection of the teachers ef don t help you if you have a problem with your return trip and let you manage

SEOUL

The teachers were amazing and very good at teaching The New school build was really beautiful and there were all the services we needed The only think I have to complain about it is the host families I had to change mine cause I couldn t have a proper meal for two months and the house was dirty and cold But the new host family wasn t better the house was pretty ok except for many cat s hair everywhere even on the kitchen but the host wasn t friendly and we barley speak You should check your host families more often and listen to your students complains

They sent us a taxi for 4 people when we were 5 We were only able to take 5 luggage when we had 11 I contacted the emergency number and no one gave me an answer 40 minutes later they finally answered and sent us a van

Good training atmosphere bad organization

Very good training atmosphere and environment but 2 below major issues - the family was ONLY there for providing bed and food and NOTHING more no speak no hello sometimes The family s house was much too far about 1 5 hrs with public transportation - very badly organized transportation between airport and Bristol waked up at Bristol at 12 30 night for a flight at 7 20 in the morning
