Didn t get my item customer service is non existent No reply want my money back Can you send me an email please so we can sort this out I have proof from UPS that it was returned to sender Also I would like to note that this was order 2111 my later order did arrive

My order 2111 was returned to sender I have proof of it being returned No reply from site They stole 60 euros from me basically Please respond to my queries This is not acceptable

Order cancelled No Refund

I have canceled my order BEFORE shipment almost two weeks ago and they immediately confirmed my refund through iMessage but no official cancellation notice I still haven t received a refund and I have written an Email and messaged through their Website but I ve got no response at all

My order still unfulfilled after three

I ve corrected my review as I have been contacted now Too late in my opinion but I ve understood their reason Just a matter of communication I think they could improve that But I ll keep buying their products

i have to correct my review the product was shipped regularly but they didn t send me a new UPS link the product was shipped to a nearby shop that didn t had my phone number so everything is fine i ll give a 4 stars review but i m planning to buy again from this shop if everything goes fine i ll upgrade to five stars
