DO NOT SHOP HERE This company is not located in Montreal I purchased a bag that simply was too small to fit around my shoulder and when asked to process it as a return they told me I had to ship it to their warehouse in China The quality of the bag might I add was also garbage Save your money Do not support this company

This shop is not actually located in Montreal The shipping took 4 weeks instead of the 1-3 days as advertised on their website To make a return the buyer must pay to send the product back to China which is ridiculous Save your money and shop elsewhere The quality was also very poor

Do not buy from this company
I thought I was buying a product from Montreal not from China I originally ordered the jenna suede bag in October The first order mysteriously disappeared enroute and the reorder finally came today This is a very cheap bag the quality is not how it was advertised I realized something was not legitimate when responses to my queries arrived in my inbox at 4 a m Don t waste your time and money buying from this company
