We ve been using Enable for several

We ve been using Enable for several years now and only have good things to say about them Whenever I contact them with an idea or an issue it s picked up almost immediately and the team are very proactive in trying to get whatever I need resolved as quickly as possible Everyone I deal with is friendly and it s great to be able to bat ideas back and forth using language that I understand It s also incredibly handy to have all my cases logged on their portal so I can refer back to them at any time You re especially lucky if you end up working with Nord he s managed to complete and close off so many big and small projects I had been juggling and is just a pleasure to deal with I d highly recommend Enable Services to any business

First Class Service

We were at a cross roads with our works IT and phone systems Zac came into our office to understand our dilemma From this Zac very quickly and efficiently put together a plan of what we did need explained what we didn t and actioned it I can not fault the service provided and I would recommend to all Enable are a fantastic company to deal with Thank you Zac and a mention also for Tom who s been working on our project in the back ground

Sugar CRM Training session

Mike just conducted a company wide training involving a general walkthrough and explanation of purpose of our Sugar CRM The service was very well received by everyone in our company and I would highly recommend trying to arrange with Mike a similar training to help with the onboarding and adaptation of Sugar We have found this difficult to achieve but Im sure after Mikes training this will have improved
