Obstructive Parking

On 11th August 2023 an ambulance was delayed getting to me due to obstructive parking and for circa 3-4 years my neighbours have been parking two cars in what is a single parking bay which restricts access to my parking bay Sometimes I am totally prevented from using the parking bay and I have to walk 2-3 streets away to park This is despite the other resident having two parking bays which they refuse to use For a year Elise has been making every effort to get this resident to park in a more considerate manner i e one car in each one parking bay This actually happened yesterday although whilst writing I notice it only lasted 24 hours as I currently cannot drive my car out of my parking bay once again Elise deserves 5 stars for trying to resolve this issue and being constantly sent emails by me

We are so lucky at Admiralty Quarter to have Mohammed I have been in contact with him closely during the past 5 years owing to my own personal situation and to say that he has been sensational during that time is an understatement Mohammed is a person that breathes this place He cares about the residents living here deeply and constantly goes above and beyond to help those who may be in need In my own personal situation he has constantly reached out to reassure me always with a smile and with good humour to build my confidence and I note that not only has he phoned me directly out of office hours to give me updates but he knew that as a person on my own with some moderate stress he popped round on occasion just to ask how I am Mohammed is a lovely gentleman who does a fantastic job and he should be recognised for all he does Thank you Mohammed Not just for helping me in my situation but for everything you do It is so so appreciated

I was a Director of a property in Kensington London which managed 52 apartments for many years Over the years I experienced tremendous demands and frustrations from the residents and witness the changes of many estate management agencies I moved to the Taplow Riverside estate in early 2019 I heard similar complaints from residents with similar experiences However I got in touch with the Estate Management recently and to my surprised I received a swift response from Charlotte Cooper - our new Estate Manager She was the first Estate Manager I have came across who is efficient responsive and cares to listen and is eager to help Ever since Charlotte Cooper took over the management of the Estate we have received messages and newsletters regularly informing us about what is going on within the Estate that is very transparent which is what we wanted I reported to Charlotte some issue about the maintenance agreements that have concerned me for a number of years I had raised these concerns in the past on a number of occasions but did not receive a response Since I got in touch with Charlotte the matters were resolved in days Charlotte Cooper is a young Lady who is eager to learn and she is one of the most efficient members of the management staff who manager this estate I wish Charlotte Cooper every success in her future career and hopefully she will stay with us

Chloe and Richard have been very helpful and supportive in keeping our block of flats running smoothly by responding quickly to requests and being willing to discuss issues in order to find solutions

Helpful and friendly estate management company

Encore estate manages our building and they have been very helpful in sorting out any issues we have and making sure the building is well maintained There is always someone available on the phone and our estate manager Mary Long has great comms and been very helpful dealing with any matters we have Couldn t be more great for her efforts

Nuisance Parking

I had trouble with parking in my flat due to people parking over space or behind car I contacted Kirsty Leinster at encore and she assured me the problem would be rectified Kirsty made sure that relevant people were contacted and made aware of nuisance parking Kirsty also got a sign put up explaining no parking outside allocated bays Kirsty was a pleasure to work with always getting back to me promptly with emails and updates

Elise Hunt from the Encore team set up the private EV charger in 5 mins on my app - thanks for your help and speed of action This of course was a pleasant surprise after trying for several weeks to connect by email phone to get the job done with others from Encore
